Went here for lunch with friends from school, we waited in line and had no problem. we got up to order and had to wait for the 2 girls behind the counter to finish whispering before we could order. they were very disrespectful toward us and seemed as if we were a large inconvenience to them. they made us feel super uncomfortable and were just all around very disrespectful to us. we then got to the end and asked for our cups and as i have pictured, our cups had some black substance in them. all in all i am not impressed and will not be returning to this locations.
I love chipotle and I am a regular, this location is quite popular and people keep coming in. But at times the chips are finished and the serving portion is also less specially for the guacamole.
I used to love Chipotle, but this location pretty much fails me every time now. I used to go every other week or more here. Had such bad experiences that I stopped for a few months. Today I thought I would go earlier when they were not busy, but now they are closed Sunday and Monday, with very limited hours the remaining days. Not sure when I will try again. Very sad.
Went to this location several times over the last few years, and it got worse every time. Last time I ordered from here was at least 8 months ago. Ordered two burritos for a pick up at 5:00 pm. wasn't until 5:45 that i walked out of there. Got home and saw that not only were they the wrong meats, but also one of the burritos wasn't even wrapped. i'm not saying it was partially wrapped and things were spilling out. I'm saying that i opened the foil and the tortilla went with it. So just a small pile of meat, rice and beans on top of a tortilla. I hope this place closes for good because it is doing no service to the community.
I was hungry. I drove there. They were closed in spite it being during their listed hours. There was a piece of paper on the door (see below). Somewhat impressed it wasn’t hand scribbled this time TBH.
Always great burritos and prompt service! Always amazes me the modern marvel of all the pieces, processes and hard work that go into bringing great food to us with so little effort on my part! What a value! Thank you for the great food! Love going here for lunch when I’m in town for work! I order on the app and just run in and out! Sometimes even go back for dinner!!
Made an online order and paid and went to pick it up and the store was closed and it said it was open online and even let me make the order I got a confirmation email and everything! Very unhappy! I better get my money refunded! And I wasn’t the only one there were multiple vehicles outside waiting to pick up online orders . 4-10-22 ! Very very disorganized Buisness
closes at 5:30 every night when online hours say 10:00. terrible service and awful cleanliness
This chipotle's is hit or miss for online orders. Sometimes they have the best burrito you've ever had, other times they completely mess up your order. In my experience, it's still better than the northside Chipotle's though for online ordering.
Employees were not not wearing masks correctly. Employees stepped off line and did not wash hands before touching food. Cashier was arguing with a customer who asked her to not touch her food after not washing her hands. Manager came up and stood there and didn’t offer to give the customer a discount for the poor service. Out of several items. Also only accepting only cards. Overall the place is a mess and clearly poorly managed.
