I ordered ahead on the app at 550am, arrived at 6am and there was no one there! I waited in the order line for someone and no one came so I went ti the window and waited another 5 minutes giving the benefit of the doubt maybe emergency bathroom break or something but still no one… so basically they took my money and didn’t give me what I paid for. I called several times between 630 and 730 and never got an answer. This is actually the second time this has happened to me at this location tho the first time I didn’t order off the app.. site said it opened at 530a I was there at 6 and no one was there-
Close to the highway and main thoroughfare. Parking lot is awkward to navigate and shared with a maintenance shop. I recommend parking on the side of the lot that faces the avenue. Busy at 6:30am. Service is polite and efficient with taking orders. Drive through takes priority so if you're in a rush use the app to order ahead. Plenty of seating and an open atmosphere. Noise level is loud. But it's a coffee shop, so lots of people talking and coffee being made. Great spot for a drink with friends.
Went in to this location with my sister. Was told they could not fill my tumbler in the drive through (totally fine) However once we walked in, THREE people looked at us with no acknowledgement. The young man stood at the register looked up and put his head down. A lady over to the side looked and turned away and then another who came out of the kitchen, stared and still no acknowledgement. I started to put up a fuss but instead walked out. SO RUDE!
Dinner was excellent. The food was appetizing. Our server was pleasant. A little short staffed however staff made it worth the wait
Had a very good experience. Coffee and bagel. Server was kind. I love caribou coffee ☕
The guy at ordering kept saying 2 shots of espresso, I had told him 2 shots of MINT! Then when we got to window to pick it up he had forgotten the mint!Way to slow! 5 minute wait to get the drink! That guy is way too dumb to work here! And he kept leaving the window. He said just a second. He was gone for 5 minutes! What the h was he doing! I’ll never come here again.

The staff here are always so pleasant and kind. Even when they are short staffed or there is a wait, they still do a wonderful job. Thanks for always making my morning better!
