I stopped going to the N. Broadway location a couple years ago because their quality was so bad. My daughter convinced me to stop there for a couple coffees (because every other place seems to think coffee consumption ends at 2pm). Well...nothing has changed...still the same lukewarm, watered-down, bland, ashtray tasting dark roast. I'm out $6.00 and, I'm just over it.Caribou...teach your employees how to dump the hours old grossness and consistently make good, fresh and hot coffee!
The manager kicked out her employees in the middle of a tornado, rather than letting them take shelter. I don't know what else to say that hasn't already been said, but I think it should be made clear that a manager that puts their employees in jeopardy does not deserve a leadership position.

Apparently the manager kicked out her employees in the middle of a tornado warning, with 70+ mph winds being reported in the area. Instead of letting them take shelter in the freezer where apparently it’s designed to withstand tornados, she kicked the employees out of the building, where apparently cars were being lifted up. I would not support a person who cares this little about the safety of their employees.
Met the usual good standards of Caribou, order was correct even with a choppy connection between the drive-thu and the headset.
Wonder coffee, great staff and gifts! They grind your bagged coffee as you wait!
I went to CC as a result of a search for Starbucks, but contrary to Google (@6am) Starbucks wasn't open. I turned around, and shining like heaven was a Caribou Coffee across the parking lot. One black-eye with cream and a blueberry cream cheese croissant later, and I was a happy camper surfing the news on my laptop. Good stuff, very happy.
This Caribou is the only one in town the always makes my drinks correctly. The staff is super nice as well
Caribou cooks up a mean bagel. Morning walk got me sitting outside and enjoying the Ham, bacon, two eggs bagel. Nice slice of Cherrywood smoked ham, two small pieces of bacon, two thick, fluffy fried eggs with peppered cream cheese and cheddar on a hash brown bagel. The bagel was supper hot and had that oh-so-perfect chewy texture with the crunchiness of the hash brown on top. Good proportions with the bagel and ingredients.
