The coffee great, the apple fritter old and dry
We don’t have Caribou coffee where I live so I decided to try it since I’m seeing them everywhere in MN. The man behind the counter was very friendly. Gave me some tips on what to try since I only like sweet iced coffee. It was a very busy place but they had plenty of staff so the wait wasn’t long. Coffee and breakfast sandwich was delicious. It is pricey but aren’t most coffee shops? ?♀️ great job guys ! Keep up the good work.
The drinks are always good at Caribou, and the service is always just as wonderful. But this store was just too loud. Not only for myself and my wife but the couple that sat next to us. We sat in the back by a door that leads to a back room and employees went in and out and the door slammed each time like the loud slamming of a hotel room door. Then there was a counter that they went into in the seating area, and guess what...that one slammed too! Please put some weather stripping or bumpers on the jam of the back door and cabinet, and your guests will enjoy their experience as much as the service and product.
Service efficient,seating area clean. Coffee lukewarm, nearly burned flavor. Overall unimpressed.

I had some time before my appointments this morning so I sat here drinking my coffee. Listening to the gentleman at the counter warmed my heart. He knows all the regulars by name and is happy to answer questions. I have watched him explain options to at least 4 or 5 people. He knows his stuff and loves to share with his customers. Caribou is lucky to have him!
