Half of items on order forgot to be rung up so we waited for half an hour for a cold press coffee. Items on menu (lemonade) not available. Zero apologies or respect for customer. Barista was Chrissy.
The coffee was good, but the ordering spot was confusing.
Lady that took order was nice and service was quick.
Overall, a really general experience! The Caribou is situated in the midst of the mall, which does take away it's comfortable atmosphere, however they still have the tables and chairs, it's a great place if you're on the go getting coffee, or tea with your friends! Sitting down for a while and chatting away while you wait for your coffee.The staff is extremely straightforward for getting what you want. Even on extremely busy days, they do their best to fulfill getting your drink and do their best to uphold their services. Mistake drinks are bound to happen, and the staff is more than willing to remake your drink if necessary. I would just say organisation would be the thing for them to focus on, since they seem overwhelmed on those busy days!The coffee is your usual when it comes to any Caribou! No complaints in those regards! Overall good experiences!
Nice staff ?, menu is limited, I recommend them to add sweet to the menu like donuts and muffins.Price is higher than averageOne of the most tasty coffee ?

Quick stop for a lemon poppyseed and latte. My daughter thought the LP was dry....yes it ? was not fresh I told her ...probably from a package. Will stick to coffee or tea for us next time. Staff were GREAT ?♡
