The staff is warm and friendly. The drinks are prepared quickly and are always delicious. The store is clean and inviting. It's a great place for a quick cup.
Tasty cold press coffee, easily accessible location, indoor and outdoor seating. Had a yummy little egg snack today.
Very nice staff members all the time, never had a bad experience with coffee. I did order a black sweetened tea for the first time and it was so watered down it tasted like sugar water, no tea at all. Even the color was really weak. I'll stick to their excellent coffee.
I LOVE Caribou Coffee, and stop at this place at least once a week. Most of the time I order through the app, and sometimes I order from the drive-thru - they get my order perfect every time and there's almost never a line. The only downside is that the actual entrance/exit of the drive-thru makes me a little nervous because you really have to be careful with cars entering/exiting. And there's always TONS of parking if you want to go inside.
By far my favorite caribou in Rochester!!! You guys are always so helpful and always smiling and welcoming customers!! Thank you guys so much for all your help all the time?

Mocha was good and staff were outstanding.
This was the worst caribou I been at I was ordering a green machine and I don't know if the lady was new or what but she said I don't know what that is I had to yell 3 times and she still did not understand what a green machine was in drive through I will go to my normal caribou coffee they have excellent customer service.
Caribou is the best. The staff is always friendly and quick to make my coffee
