Staff is so rude. Sandwich’s are cold. Forgot about our pop. If you don’t want to work there, go somewhere else.
Burger King food is always good. Great service. Always friendly. Glad the restaurant inside is now open to dine in!! It's been so long since anyone could eat inside. Thank you for opening up the dine in area.
I went through the drive thru today and the lady on the intercom took my order but didnt tell me the price. I got to the window she then told me the price, took my card handed it back to me and then handed me my food with no closing statement of any kind. My burger was cold so I called to tell them and no one answered the phone and there was no message option. I will never go to ghetto burger King again.

I went the drive thru at BK on Marion Road this morning. I ordered French toast sticks and the girl taking my order rudely said “we don’t have those any more”. Fine. I order my other food a proceed to the window. The guy takes my card and runs it. I notice the girl preparing my food has a bright white winter coat on. The coat is so dirty it is almost BLACK in the entire front and on the sides. This is not an exaggeration. I don’t think I have ever been so appalled in my entire life at a restaurant. I am reporting this restaurant to the health inspector. This restaurant should not be operating with the extremely unsanitary conditions I saw on the one single visit.
I went through my final time last week. Ordered French toast sticks meal. Only come to find out; they don't carry it anymore. Ok, take it off the menu?! Oh, nope, corporate has to. At least cover it up? I said you might want to stick a piece of paper over it, and she said they weren't allowed to. Umm, really? Literally everywhere else! All the other times, they mess up my order, and I call in, and they never give me what I order or it's missing things. They say they will send me out a coupon. I have yet to receive 5 of them! When I call, they have to record of me calling. I told them the name of the person I spoke to, the date and time, and still nothing. I'm so glad I take my business elsewhere now!!
The older lady at the drive-thru window was very genuine, kind, smiled, and was very nice. She even ran my chicken sandwiches out to my truck which was very nice of her.
Location closest to my home. It's hit or miss with the customer service. Even though with it being fast food, my expectations are already pretty low. For the most part, I get my order as requested, but I have had a few orders with significant mistakes. If you go at the right time, the drive through isn't bad, but around lunch or dinner times, the wait is awful.
More like a 0. I'm not sure what was worse, the service or the food. My burger was just thrown in the bag, half in the wrapper with the toppings all over the place. On top of that it was dripping wet, as well as my fries. Needless to say, I could not eat this and still have respect for myself. I couldn't even give it to my dogs without feeling bad for them. This place is trash, and I don't think ill ever go to another Burger King again after this traumatizing experience. WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!
This location is known for messing up orders. It's happened to me a handful of times, including plenty rude encounters with employees (there's this mature lady that we adore bc when she's around, we know our order will be exactshes super friendly too). I'm giving it a way generous 3 stars because last night there was a new crew, and my order was exact! Nothing was missing! Giving me high hopes! Now we wait and see ?
