The food was DELICIIOUS!!!! My only complaint was on a special event (bingo)night, they had only 3 servers. The hostess was more interested in her food than to help her coworkers. Our server was a very tall gentleman who was very apologetic, and explained he had 12 tables by himself. His honesty, but NOT complaint, made it much easier for everyone (all tables within earshot at least) understand. Instead of bothering him, I snagged my own ketchup from the server area, and a box, too. Trust me, he was appreciative and understood. And he STILL got at least a 30% tip. If I can remember his name, I'll add it to my edit. I just remember he was very tall.The facility was very clean considering the number of people there last eve. And it seemed most people were regulars. Absolutely worth it, no wait for a table for 2. And right next to our hotel.Then ONLY reasons for 4 stars was poor scheduling and attitude of hostess.Foods were baked mac and cheese, and jama-jerk burger or some such. I was miserable after, but damn it was worth it.
I liked this place. Made a reservation on line and showed up right on time. We told the hostess/server we had made on line reservations and she said I didn't know you could do that. Also wanter to sit at and eat at the bar. This confused her and we ended up sitting at a high top. Beer was cold. We had the cheese curds as a appetizer and they were delicious. These I recommend. Then ordered a large meat pizza no onions or peppers. It was cooked well and was a pretty typical pizza. Nothing over the top. Service was slow but as every place is experiencing covid staffing issues this place is not exempt. The training could be a little better. Other than that a pretty good place.
Not entirely sure what this small box of cold, dry, vaguely tomato-flavored crackers is called, but it sure isn't $20+ worth of pizza.After eating this my wife and I ordered actual pizza (elsewhere) for dinner.
First time going had been wanting to try it for sometime as it is the only pizza buffet around however it was very disappointing. We waited over 15 mins just for our server to bring us silverware as we where sitting there with our salad. Apparently sitting at the bar along with the other 2 servers was way more important then her table. Not to mention the buffet had the food from the mornings buffet still on the buffet. So getting charged over $11 for food that had been sitting there for hours was not my idea of a good meal. Sorry but won't be going bad. Sad as the building itself is great.
Evening buffet had good variety of pizza and salads. Service was good and friendly. Place was clean.
The place over all is super cute, I’m sure the bar is better than the pizza (that I just bought) it taste amazing as if I bought a frozen pizza from the grocery store. I just feel kind of sad that I bought this pizza for $20 and it taste like a $10 pizza from the frozen section :/ the customer service was amazing I wish I got her name, I would love to give her credit for her customer service!!
I went here with my family on a Sunday evening. It appeared very understaffed with a fairly long wait to be seated. I had a Bloody Mary and we each had a personal pizza and shared garlic bread appetizers. The garlic bread was good and the dipping sauce (pizza sauce) was good. The taco pizza, which I don't usually find on menus, was good as well.The servers were running but did their best to keep up with customers. I would go back and hopefully they can get additional help.
Very delicious and great service!! Italian cheese bread and broadway sauce were delicious. Peyton did a great job serving.
Amazing pizza!! I got New York style crust with pepperoni and sausage and it blew me away! I've been here for 3 months for work and in my final week I decided to get the pizza. I'm kicking myself for not doing it earlier
We were traveling through back to IA and stopped in, I am so glad we did!!! We got the garlic bites, do yourself a favor and order them! Delicious. I got the three tacos with chicken, some of the best tacos! Three were the perfect amount and I loved the sauce that came on them. So so good! My boyfriend got the fish and chips, the fish was very good and the coating was perfectly crispy. For a random stop it was easily one of our best meals of our trip.
