Since DoorDash won't post my review, I'll do it here. Last night I ordered onion rings, wings and the California Bacon Cheeseburger with a side of Mac&cheese. Mac was LITERALLY dry Walmart brand Mac; the burger was an overcooked frozen patty with wildly overcooked soggy bacon; the wings barely had any sauce and AGAIN dry. The onions rings - also dry. Overpriced, dry, flavorless and overcooked food. Literally disgusting. You can get better food in Rochester for cheaper.
Sat outside on a beautiful sunny day and had to sit at a 6 top, since none of the 4 tops were in the sun. The owner and wife sat at the table ahead of me. There waitress and mine commented about how nice the 6 top tables were to the owner. Then she stopped at my table. ( Remember 1person sitting at a 6 top just to be in the sun) I commented about wishing i did not have to sit at a 6 top to get sun. Owner turned around since he heard me, but did not say anything. Not pleased. He should maybe have listened and commented about this. They sat at a 6 top with only 2 peaple. Should see what I mean. Thanks
Josh the bartender is very rude. Wasn't too impressed with the service. Food is ok but you can get better chicken elsewhere these days.
I bought a California burger Friday night to go. When I got home and took a bite I discovered it was raw in the middle. Not pink but totally uncooked. I called and asked for a manager but there wasn't one there. Someone took my info down and said I would get a call. No call so far. I'm not looking for a freebie. I just want you guys to know about the situation. Wings were great tho. After this bad experience I must say I was impressed by how they reached out to me to make things right. Very professional on their part. Will definitely be back for more food. Great job guys.
On a Saturday late afternoon, March 19, 2022, I had the all dark meat broasted chicken which was out of this world. Also, I had the mashed potatoes and gravy, and chili. Everything was absolutely delicious! My waitress, Trisha R. was great. She did a fabulous job serving me, and I rewarded her with a nice tip. I will definitely be back.
Great place to eat. They make their own Ranch and it’s amazing! Everyone in my family loves the chicken strips. I like it because no matter water I get it’s delicious AND it is a family friendly atmosphere. No loud music. Nice setting, good service. Cool draft from ceiling fan in January was annoying but adjustable. Had wings, best Bleu cheese I've had in Rochester.
You could tell the staff are overworked. It took forever to get drinks and place orders. Having dinner with friends never disappoints!
Asking around for a lively bar, a couple people recommended this one. Under threat of a winter storm, there were a few patrons and I left on first name basis with at least two. Their wings and hot sauce were recommended, so I ordered boneless wings with their "Fire" sauce. At last, a hot sauce in this area far hotter than in any Mexican restaurant here. Even for a chili head, one cannot push fire sauce-covered food down: respect is required!
