Not your typical "asian" restaurant. Don't go looking for general Tso's chicken. We enjoyed our meal, but found the pad Thai had way too much fish sauce for our tastes.
Extremely poor service. We ordered ahead of time thinking we were going to take out, but then plans changed and we decided to eat in. After the meal and after paying and providing a tip, the server calls me a 'liars' for calling in a take out order and then eating in. Attempt was made to discuss and the server rudely told me to leave and said she did not need 'our type of business'. I wonder what business they have when we were the only customer. Food was good, but will never go back there after being treated so maliciously. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
This place is on point for food presentation and flavor.Started with the wontons, perfectly crisp with a side of light sweet & sour sauce.It was a tough pick for my main, everything on the menu looked delightful. Finally decided on the crispy pork belly rice dish. YUM. The crunch on the pork was just enough to give the dish a little texture. The cucumbers and cilantro made it feel light and fresh.My other half had the green curry with chicken. The flavor was PERFECT. Just the right mix of heat and curry flavor.Our waitron was a familiar face from a different restaurant in town - it was nice to see them again!I gave 4 stars because the site was severely lacking in seating - there were a few tables stacked by the wall... maybe still distancing for COVID? We awkwardly sat at a high top smack dab in the middle of the restaurant.The food is great - I will be back.
So glad I tried out this place. Everyone in my group had great meals. Must try the Thai Iced Coffee and Cream Cheese Wontons ❤
We arrrived a little after 1:00 and there was only one table available. I immediately tohught to myself, "This is going to take forever." Boy was I wrong and from what I could tell there was only one server but boy did they do a good job! I had the yellow curry and my husband had the mussaman curry. Both were delicious. Mine had lots of veggies! The portions were not huge which I am thankful for. While I could have eaten more.... do we really need such huge portions??? We will definitely come here again when we are in town. We do not live in Rochester.
Ordered Delivery, never received any silverware or chopsticks!! 2nd, their spring rolls were room temp, not cold or warm which means they had been sitting out for a while. With shrimp in it that is not good. I put them in fridge for a few hrs and they were good. When I expressed to them about the lack of silverware and chopsticks to eat with, they told me that it was a "door dash" problem and to take it up with them.. However, Door Dash does not bag the food or utensils, they just pick up whatever the company gives them. Since my Pho came hot, it's not the Door Dash's fault about my room temp spring rolls. When I explained that to Asia Fusion, they ignored me and kept rerouting me to door dash. Terrible cusotmer service!!!!! OK Food
Best Asian food in Rochester. I have tried several dishes on the menu and have never been disappointed. Great service. One of my favorites is the crispy pork belly.
The spring rolls and sauces provided with them are excellent!
Food good, wonton soup excellent! Great atmosphere but not keen sitting on metal stools when below zero outside.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Rochester! The potsticker appetizer with peanut butter sauce is to die for. I always get the crispy pork belly dish. They have always made my fish the way I ask! Love this place!
