I understand we got the food at a busy time. But flat, watered down, no-ice pop, and almost driving away without giving back our Credit Card isn't really an excuse. Also asked for some ketchup packets, and was only given a singular packet back. I mean come on haha, at least give a couple more. Hopefully this won't be the same experience again.
Mom and I had a great lunch, good food, clean atmosphere and good customer service.
Slow service and the person taking my order kept trying to get me to the window before I was done ordering. Sounded annoyed too.
Once an order person drops a cup on the floor it should not be given to the customer. The order person dropped 2 cups on the floor and then handed the cups for me to fill for my order.

Unique food for fast food although you do pay a little extra for it. I feel they have gotten back to normal for service in the dining room after the interruption of the pandemic. This time we enjoyed one of their shakes, which are good for fast food a restaurant.
