Good food great service. Of course we had the new mountain dew flavor. But, dont forget the oreo shake with whipcream on the top to!
Host that was working was great! The food was good. The drinks? See photos. Absolutely awful. They are supposed to the red white and blue frozen drink. Ridiculous
Anjelica and manager Ty exceeded my expectations tonight. I ordered curbside to go which I never do and I did order a lot of food. They were very punctual and got my food out right away when I arrived. When I got home I realized that they forgot the two sides of fries I had ordered. Any other night I would’ve not of cared but this is all my two daughters wanted. I then proceeded to call the store and tell them right away about the mistake. They were very apologetic, kind, and quick to solve the issue. Ty asked me if I’d like to return and pick up the fries, and also throw in a couple complementary desserts for my time to come back to the store. I was very pleased with this and I will definitely be returning and doing curbside to go in the future .
Very good service and food. Went there about 1130a, and place was half full. Food and drinks came out at a timely manner. I got the chicken macaroni and cheese... very,very good! I usually get their perfect margaritas, but with kids and it was before noon...
Fast, delicious food and our waitress Rosetta was fantastic. Applebee's is Applebee's, however the service is what really made this meal extra enjoyable.
I'm giving 5 stars for Tracy. She was running circles around all the staff and had a great attitude. Customers were having to come up to the bar because of others servers and even the manager were standing around chatting. We love coming to Applebees, but the newer staff should step it up. Tracy was a trooper - She gets 5 stars.
Our server was not paying attention to anyone's drinks, getting orders wrong, one piece of bacon on burger when paid extra to have it put on, was rude, and I could understand if it was packed but it wasn't.
Hmmm this was a rough night. I am aware it was late but the service was unsatisfactory. The food was cold. Not likely I will be dining here again.
We tried The Classic Combo! That was a lot of food to entertain a party of 6 adults and 2 kids, even had left overs so $65 very well spent in my opinion.
I placed an order and it was $23. One out of the two things I ordered did not come. Uber eats refunded me $5 for the trouble. What good does $5 do me when I ordered a $23 meal and didn't get half of it. This is not an Uber issue this is an Applebee's problem that continues to happen constantly with takeout. I called to let the manager know. I spoke with a friendly gentleman who said he would get the manager for me and then he hung up on me.
