I very rarely leave reviews, let alone a bad one, but I was just baffled at this situation. I went to this location and it attempted to order but no one was responding after I said hello about 10 times. I drove up to the window and there was a man working refilling plastic cups. I waved, said hello to him a few times, he looked me directly in the eyes for a few seconds and walked away. He walked back towards the window again still said absolutely nothing and went about cleaning the restaurant. Very unprofessional and this was at 8:45 PM so there was still over an hour left until they close. There were two cars behind me that I saw drive off right after I did. I called the store and of course no one answered, I left a message but I’m sure it will be deleted by morning.

I went to Wendy's around 5:30pm yesterday, door was locked so went to drive through, waited a very long time and as the 3 cars in front of me left without ordering when I got to order place speakemanager????? a man said I'm all alone and it will be a very long wait as I have 3 large orders I'm working on. I said no one is in front of me they all drove off, he said they were door dash. I drove off to Taco Bell, ordered and had my food in about 5 minutes.Where was the Wendy's mansger?????

Just watched an employee look out the drive thru window and still myself and 3 other cars pulled away without being acknowledged. Worst drive thru in the state, not the first time this has happened at this location. Horrible

My daughter says she liked their French fries so decided to have lunch here. The fries we got weren't hot. They seemed old but we were there at 1045. You'd think they just started serving lunch so fries would've just been made. I was wrong. The chili was great and that's about the only good thing besides strawberry lemonade. Had a jr. bacon cheeseburger and the burger meat seems cold.

My husband ordered from the wendy's app our food, we decided to go to this particular wendy's since it's closest to where we live. The app says it's ready for pick up so we head over. When we arrive and drove thru, no one seem to respond to our call, we waited, finally we parked and my husband knocked on the front door as he noticed a staff member cleaning up. The manager that was working spoke to my husband in a rude tone, letting him know that the restaurant was close due to low staff, when my husband tried to let the manager know that he had already paid for out order online, the manager just said "that is not my problem" and locked up the door.There was no sign saying there were close, nothing on the Wendy app said we couldn't order from that particular restaurant. We just kept seen vehicles driving by wondering what was going on.Unfortunately since it's the weekend we couldn't get a hold of customers service in order to get a refund, so we'll just have to wait for Monday.We understand they were low staff and that apparently the current manager walked out and the manager from a different store had to take over, but should had treated us in such rude manner. Just wanted a refund, but they couldn't even help us out at all with that.

I just went through the drive thru to gat a taco salad. I got home and was missing the chips and Napkins. There is not enough chili for the salad either. Also, I was not given a receipt.

Terrible staff! They look like their life has been sucked out of their soul. Their speaker cut out and I said "I didn't hear you, are you ready?" And she replied "I said welcome to wendys so obviously I'm ready" ridiculous sad little girl

Gave me the wrong food, went inside to sort it out and when I let them know all I could hear was employees screaming and swearing at each other. Was also over charged but I just wanted to get out of there.

hands down, I will literally go out of my way to go to this location whenever I want to get Wendy’s, my order is constantly messed up anywhere else I go. I have never had that experience at this location ever. y’all are a gem, please never change.

Went to get lunch 1:05pm Thursday may 19th and I came up to the speaker and ask for a minute to decide, the person on the speaker just kept trying to push and rush me to order. After placing my order I went to the window where the staff was very unorganized, they took my money and then handed me my food but they forgot my drinks after asking for them they gave me the wrong ones. When I asked for my receipt they told me I has go pull up and wait cause they unplugged it. Horrible experience won't be coming back!
