Ordered a simple thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. Came hot but instead of red pizza sauce, it was BBQ sauce!! Gross!! I called and first thr person didn't understand what I was telling her then she put someone else on who said he could offer some percentage off my next order. I did not accept because I am still paying full price for a pizza that no one will eat! I have tried to give this place a few chances over the years but am just disappointed every time. Learned my lesson. There are WAY better places around here with quality food.
Ordered nacho stix and they only came with beef and jalapeños when we made no customizations. Also ordered monkey bread and the box had wings in it. Also paid for dipping sauces and didn’t get any.
The food at toppers is great but the employees here have gotten bad. Takes your money then makes foods without washing hands. Cursing loud. If you order here, watch them make your food.
Everytime I come Curtis is always super cheery and excited. He made me feel like I spent my money at the rite place. He always ask if I need anything else makes sure I have napkin and a bag for my drink. Great choice for managing I hope he moves up like he wants and hopefully this helps him get there. I hate leaving negative reviews but both the pizzas were over cooked. The cheese was brown and burnt and tasted so. Also the ice cream was old and freezer burnt.. very disappointing. I will say it was the delivery guy was very nice and it was delivered within the predicted time frame.
Consistently gets your order wrong, HIGHLY recommend double checking everything you order from this place to make sure it’s what you ordered. And get everything you ordered, multiple times they’ll forget sauces you pay extra for. Give out the wrong wings, forget toppings for pizzas. Just plain annoying how you can have 0 confidence with a pizza place to get your order right. It’s not that difficult. If it wasn’t the closest location nearby I’d never order from here. Hire some competent employees, no customer satisfaction skills whatsoever. You’ll bring the problem to their attention and get no apology or good will gesture for messing up your order that you shouldn’t have to catch for them. They should read the order and actually double check that it’s right. It’s common sense.. if you can go to a different location you should
We always call to place our order—never had any issues, and they honor coupons and deals over the phone so it’s easier. Great pizza for the price.
Terrible service and terrible employees. Please work on this. The pizza is delicious and I know it is hard in today's world. But we would tip and pick and it and contribute to your business. ?
