Friendly staff, good vibe and music. Never stopped in before but always thought about it. Did today and was not disappointed! Asked the person taking my order what they liked and got a beef torta and jalapeño poppers. Will definitely be adding this as one of the restaurants I get food from!

Wow! This is the place. The best and most authentic Mexican tacos I had since I left L.A. 15 years ago. The tortillas were fresh and perfectly toasted -- they were warm, yet still soft, and did not get soggy from the meats and salsas inside. The meats were flavorful, not greasy. I especially enjoyed the lengua (tongue) and the Pastor. The salsa bar had a good selection of tasty salsas and condiments to dress the tacos to one's delight. And the service was exceptional, the staff super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend you try it too.

Good Mexican fare, kid friendly, nice selection of meat choice s and salsa for your entree and your free chips and salsa. They have a minor discount for paying cash, and prices are pretty reasonable. Counter service for the most part, but they do being your order to your table.

Finally found very good Mexican food! The food is really good and has lots of flavor. The fried fish tacos were so tender. The carne asada fries have bacon in them. There is a salsa bar with 9 different options. Everything was very good.Love the fast counter serve too.

Only have done takeout here but all the food has been fantastic, the staff are friendly and efficient, and the salsas are great!I hope to see them in more locations around the Twin Cities

Theresa's son Ray is rude and if mom is smart she won't leave the business to her loser son who doesn't know how to take and order more than once without getting it correctly. And then I think he doesn't know how to count and give back the correct change...either that, or he is just trying to rip folks off. I'm not sure what his problem is. I know that as a customer that has went here since week 1 that it was opened about 5 years ago that I will not be doing back. I'm tired of rude children who don't want to do their jobs correctly. Theresa, I'd get your son Ray out of the store, he just cost you a customer and a party this summer for about a hundred since I was planning on using you for the food.

Not the first time I have been here and had problems when I order food and ask for it without something. Ordered street tacos and asked for no cilantro on them yet open the box and they were all covered in cilantro. So my option was to either sit there at work on my break picking out the cilantro I can't eat or throw my money in the garbage. Think the kitchen needs to do a better job of paying attention to the orders and requests.

I ordered the Lindo's Special. It came with steak, shrimp, and chicken meat. From the first bite of chicken, I could tell that the meat had gone bad. I've had the same happen with chicken I left out too long before cooking. I recognized the taste immediately. I tried one or two more pieces to be sure. Being a non-confrontational person, I just picked around the chicken meat and at the steak and shrimp, which tasted good. My wife asked about the chicken, which she noticed I wasn't eating, took a bite, and spit it right out. She went up to the cashier (Vanessa), who said she couldn't do anything. We have eaten out a lot, and very rarely do we complain, but the few times we have, the order has been either refunded or remade. I've never actually seen someone say they can't do anything about it. Then again, I've never been served rotten chicken meat. My wife being from Latin America, and me from Texas, I wanted to like this place, but I can't say I'll go back again.

I work in the area and wanted to try Taco Teresa’s because a few of my coworkers eat here and say it’s good. I walked in today to order while an employee stood behind the counter for about 3 mins and did not greet me. She wasn’t doing anything productive to where she couldn’t help me or even acknowledge the fact that i was there. So 1 star for customer service.

What a fun find! My friend and I were running errands on a Saturday afternoon. Hungry and happened to see Taco Teresa's so we went in. Everything was fantastic! I had the carne asada, carnitas, and barbacoa street tacos. Wow were they good and authentic. The salsa bar was nice and they had a really good salsa Verde and habanero salsa. Tried the flan. I love flan but this one was a bit too sweet. I'll try the tres leches instead next time. Will definitely visit again!
