This Subway would great if they hired decent people. Like they don’t even wanna work go home then.
I go into this store probably 2-3 times a month and every time the service is bad. Today, there was a gentleman who was so rude when speaking to me. If he doesn’t like his job, he should quit and let someone else make money. My sandwich is always whipped together, like they don’t care. It’s not my ideal subway store. They need customer service training ASAP!!
I really do not understand how a business can hire the most inept and rude employees. I can understand having a bad day but how is it possible for someone to be so bad at making a sub? Bread is stale and dry and let’s not even talk about the lack of toppings. This place is an actual joke. ?
Get better employees. Squished the bread like he wanted to make it into Flatbread, then skimmed on the vegs so bad I had to ask twice for more lettus (the cheapest ingredient) and after specifying I wanted alot... the guy never smiled once, wasn't wearing a name tag so I can't say who. But was I was in there 12/05 @ 4:45. Then at the end while wrapping Squished it once more for good luck.. as an ex-subway employee/sandwich artist this location and experience was so far under par.
"Your choice in tomatoes sucks"Is what the employee told me!!Worst verbal attitude of 2 young employees that I've heard in a while!!The 1st employee who made my sandwich obviously had no care as to what he said (or what was heard by patrons) to the other employee but as he made my sandwich and I got to adding tomatoes, I asked for more ripe tomatoes. This is when the 2nd employee told me my choice in tomatoes suck.This young generation is the laziest and more disrespectful generation and hope they learn some painful lessons on how to behave.Won't return to this location again!!
I really like the staff here. Every subway is pretty good but I come here almost every week and the staff are always very nice and professional!
Great service. Young lady behind the counter was very helpful considering she was the only worker. Give her a raise!
Good service awesome food
Call before you go. My wife and I showed up today. Open sign was on, lights were on, but the door was locked. I called the store and was told (with quite an attitude) that they were on break. So I guess the staff all breaks at the same time and locks the store up while they do. There is another Subway just down the road a little bit in New Hope, I'd recommend going there.
