Even when packed full of people I always get my order fast. Love going here and will continue to do so. And the staff is friendly too.
Music is way too loud for anybody who needs to have a conversation. People have to yell over loud music and each other. Terrible atmosphere.
ALWAYS BUSY and crazy drive through entrance but over all good service and friendly staff. Drinks are always done right and they don't seem to have issues with stock.
My daughter ordered her drink and the person taking her order did not put the order in correctly. When we got to the window and she stated it was incorrectly the person was very rude and said well that is not what I heard so I can void your drink order and recharge you. Sorry you made the mistake because she repeated her order twice. And all we got was well to bad because that is not what I heard. Called the store manager and they told us too bad it is what it is and if that is what they heard then that is what was made. After telling him how rude the drive thru people were he was like sorry you felt they were rude. Poor customer service and he blamed it on being a high volume store. Goodness take responsibility for your actions.
The customer service is great and they're always so busy. Unfortunately that means the cleanliness on the interior dining portion doesn't always get the attention it can due to the large drive-thru line and online orders.
The employees are awesome! This seems to be the best run Starbucks in Plymouth. They are always open when they say they will be and staff has been so friendly, upbeat, and helpful. Love!
*** Visiting midday on a weekend. I love Starbucks, but I’ve never waited this long for coffee - ever. Super understaffed I feel bad for these kids! Out of the 7 or 8 people working only two are actively making drinks. I hope the owner helps them out!
Very busy both in store and drive thru. Despite how busy it was it was great to see how effecient some of the baristas were and positive the attitudes the staff showed. I was thoroughly impressed with how consistently fast and on point dillon was keeping up with all the hot drinks and online orders. Great experience overall and especially for beong christmas eve
