Literally the sweetest staff! This is a pretty busy Starbucks in the morning hours, but I don’t mind since everyone here is ridiculously nice (shout out to the DT workers!)
This is the second store to be out of white mocha mix. No offer of a discount or something to make up for their poor planning of their supply chain. They tell me a mocha with vanilla is similar and it is clearly not after taking a sip and throwing it in the trash. Multi billion dollar corporation and they can’t offer a crossaint or something to make the customer feel better after that they don’t have the drink they want
they closed the front door and drive through won't serve me since i was walking ! so dumb !
Had to clarify my order multiple times though it was correct on the screen
Had a great experience today around 10a in the drive-thru. I ordered a decaf and needs to wait a bit for it and chatted with the two women at the window. So pleasant and helpful! This is my favorite Starbucks location!
It's a nice little Starbucks in a good location close to a lot of different work places. Drive thru is often very busy but it didn't seem to slow down the service inside. A little bit of a small space with limited seating. The fact that it's in a little plaza connected to other shops means parking is more limited and the drive thru line is tougher to manage than stand alone Starbucks
This Starbucks location has the sweetest staff!! I’m always greeted with the warmest smiles and quickest service. Even when I’m struggling to find my purse during the drive through they will adjust accordingly to ensure quality service. Kudos to ALL the employees here!! You always make my day.
No Twentys 38 five dollars ba for hundred dollar bill I'll never stop at Starbucks again even if my marine life depended on it
