Walked in, one door was locked while the other was partially propped open with a large object obstructing the path. Once inside, it didn't look like anyone was working here. I saw someone sitting at one of the tables with a laptop turn around and look at me... Did she work here? I wasn't sure.I went to the counter to read the menu, hoping someone would soon appear. A few minutes later, the person at her computer gets up and walks slowly over to the registers and tells me it's going to be a 25 minute wait because there's only one other employee here, running the kitchen by themselves.I ended up leaving, since I was only here for a quick bite on my way to something else.Maybe the owner of this place will realize they have to offer better incentives for people to work here.
If I could give a 0 star I would. The incompetence was out of this world. Sat for over 30mins waiting for a burger, Brussels sprouts and a drink… while it was sitting on the counter.. in front of the person, who I had told what my name was… which you know is on the receipt on the bag. I appreciate them for remaking it because it was cold, but uh yeah, thanks for keeping me waiting for no reason.
Really good burgers and fast service. Everything was very fresh and cooked well.
Ordered the Avacado burger and recived the classic burger instead i ate it cause we were in a hurry but it was alright!
2nd time coming here in the past month. Extremely slow because of lack of workers. Got my order wrong both times. Ordered a double and got a single. Waited 25 minutes. Not worth the trip until they get it figured out.
The young lady working the front was so helpful and helped my first experience be amazing! Wait was a bit long but they are short staffed and still going string

Used to love this location and Smashburger in general, but of our last 8 visits (we go almost every week after our son's piano lessons nearby), only ONE TIME have they given us a completely accurate order. Usually we order ahead and dine-in, so we can grab whatever is missing - but it's still annoying. And then the times we do try to check the order and end up taking home an incomplete or inaccurate order (toppings missing on the burgers), it's super frustrating. Especially because all of the things we order typically taste great and we really like the food. But the service has dropped off significantly. I've given this feedback to the restaurant and will say it here: I'd way rather have to wait longer for an accurate and complete order than to walk away with something incorrect. Hopefully they'll do better in the future but we won't be back for a while.
Decent burger but compared to past quality had dipped. Fries were cold. Toppings were a bit wilted.
My double Turkey burger was a nice portion but the price of $9.77 for that single item is higher than I would like to spend for lunch. I ordered inside and it took about 8 minutes as they make all orders fresh. Restaurant was not very this particular day. Employee who took my order was polite and friendly.
