There was a note at the hostess station mentioning short staff. We always try to treat retail and restaurant employees with care, especially during the pandemic. Our food came quickly, our waitress was awesome, peppy, quick, hot not too much, always came to ask if we wanted refills. I can't remember her name, but she had a long ponytail and no bangs. We used a birthday freebie. Great Monday night! We each had the Red Robin burger
Listened to the bartender and had the fish and chips, it was much better than their burgers. I don't even know what it cost, the boss was paying. They didn't have malt vinegar but provided some red wine vinegar that actually went well with the fish. The fries were good. The water was city water rather chunky but quite g[od other than my ability to drink it faster than it was refilled,it was a hot day and a break from work so I was thirsty.
We went to Red Robin for my mom's birthday. They unfortunately wouldn't take a reservation, but we didn't have to wait too long to get a table for 8. The milkshakes were excellent even if they took a little longer than normal due to the machine having issues. My burger was cooked how I wanted and my customizations were followed. Server Blake did a fantastic job taking care of us. We will definitely go there again.
Crispy Chicken sandwich was amazing. I didn't pick the best burger, but that's not their fault. The food was delivered fast. The staff was awesome, they were working their butts off. The gentleman named Christian deserves a raise. I've worked restaurant management, he's the kind of guy you want to have around. Very pleased!
Our first experience at Red Robin in Plymouth was FANTASTIC! The food was excellent; the waitstaff AMAZING! Shout out to Margaux for her wonderful customer service, and genuine hospitality! We will be back ? This dessert is the Strawberry Lemonade Cake❤❤
Food was very bland and not hot at all. Was also a little too greasy. Our drinks also tasted weak.
Great option for a family dinner. Cool atmosphere and good food. Can get busy on a Friday or Saturday night, so expect a little wait. Their curbside is also a great option if you're on the run and in a hurry.
Danny is the BEST server we've had here (and totally not knocking any of the other hard working servers there, we've just happened to be placed with Danny the past couple of visits) and love getting excellent service from him! Everyone is great (the runners are friendly, efficient and attentive), the food YUMMMy, and who can resist bottomless garlic fries??
This is my our families favorite place to eat! When we go there, we always ask for Brittany. Whether she's in the bar area or on the floor, that's where we ask to sit. She always gives 110% effort to make sure we have a great experience. Red Robin is lucky to have her. Their food is always great and they have such a huge selection of food to eat.
Always a pleasure to eat here! A burger with bottomless broccoli! Get beer cheese fondue to dip it in! Service was great....always on top of refills if desired! Keep it up Red Robin crew! We will always come back when in the area!
