I started my trip for food this afternoon by walking into the Smashburger next door. No one was at the register nor was anyone even around to notice me. Walked out and went to Potbelly.I was greeted when I walked in and told the staff about what happened and we all had a good laugh. I missed the names but anyone who was working on the afternoon of 6/15/2022 at 16:30 were wonderful!If you are someone who is adventurous in your sandwich, I definitely recommend choosing your sandwich option and then ask them to just add the condiments & such as they would do so for their own. These people make sandwiches all day so they must come up with cool options. Answer: it was amazing! If your palate is adventurous, definitely do that!Sorry Smashburger, Potbelly blows your services out of the water!
So disappointed. We've had sandwiches from Potbelly in the past and they were so good. Today, not so much. Really skimped on the ingredients. The sandwich were supposed to have blue cheese on them and it seems they put about 1/2 teaspoon in one spot and that's it. Also, they should have had provolone and there was none.For the price, it wasn't worth it. Not sure I would go back.
This location isn't the cleanest. I also watched the employee grab and move a garbage can with gloves on and didn't change them when he went to finish someone's sandwich! Not to mention the vacuum was going and it was extremely hard to enjoy my meal. They close at 9pm and I went there at 8pm. There just is great customer service anymore it seems.
Always get the order wrong, terribly rude staff. I’m a vegetarian who got bacon in their sandwich even when the ticket says no bacon… guess that’s the way this location does things. Brandon (who says he’s the associate manager) has one of the worst attitudes of anyone I’ve met in customer service. I hope you got that big order finished and correct my dude.
Couldn’t understand how shakes were handed out overspilling and a complete mess without offering to clean, and expecting customers to take it like that to the car. The store look staffed, restaurant only had 2 customers that were already eating.
Love Potbelly's! The wreck and oatmeal chocolate chip cookie's are amazing! Bring back the ice cream sandwich!
Food is over rated. The staff was fast, efficient and very friendly
I love Potbelly's veggie melt, but this location keeps letting me down. Twice now I've found chicken after biting into my sandwich. Why does this keep happening? Please make it stop.
I found out about 90 minutes before noon that I had to bring lunch in for our team. I ordered from Active Menus.This worked out very well. Good food that was delivered on time.
I've gone to this location for years, and they have always provided excellent food, service, positive attitudes, and have all around wonderful workers. The place at one time had people singing in it with guitars, I loved that quaint hometown feeling. :) Today was the first time I've used delivery through the Activemenus delivery company. Went well and they found a driver to bring me my food on this freezing day in MN. Shout out to Kefa from Activemenus, thank you for being awesome!! Sometimes, everyone needs a smile and some kindness, and you readily and willingly showed that for me so thank you!!:So, anybody hungry? Get that Potbellys, from the only location I like to call a hug for your tummy, the Plymouth Potbellys! You won't be disappointed!:) And no, I don't work here, just thought I'd put my two cents in:)
