Used a spicy sauce on my family's pizzas and I felt he was upstanding and fixed the problem as it was an inconvenience could of been bad had my kids had a reaction but that wasn't the case he fixed it with no hesitations. I appreciated his kindness.
I placed an online order for in store pickup and was told it would be ready within 10-20 minutes. I got there about 15 minutes after ordering and my food was just coming out of the oven so it was nice and hot. Food tasted great and was glad to see that my marinara sauce was warm as well.Inside of the store had a bunch of pizza boxes stacked up on the counter making it seem a little cluttered, but other than that no complaints.
Shout to the wonderful individual working alone tonight. She took her time out of what she was doing to help figure out why my order didn’t go through right and ended up making a call and hookin it up!!! Thank you!!
Food was delivered almost an hour after the window estimated and the food was cold. Could not get a hold of anyone at the store location. The phone just kept ringing until it hung up.
just got my order and 2/3 item were incorrect, and when i tried to call the store to let them know no one answered and i called multiple times.. probably never going to order from this lovation again
I ordered a pizza on 3/4/22 approx 9:28pm.I was not informed, until my pizza was being delivered, via text, by door dashI would have never ordered through door dash presently as I have previously ordered through door dash and noticed how much higher the prices are.This is a bait and switch approach by Pizza Hut in my opinion.Very disappointed tonight.I just hope my food is good and I don’t have issues with my delivery.Well I changed my 1 star to a 4 star,Pizza was delicious and the delivery driver was very kind,Unfortunately I may not order front there too soon again.
Ordered pizza online. Arrived at store to pick up and door was locked. Called and no answer. Good thing I did not pay ahead of time. Sounds like I wouldn't get my money back according to other reviews I read. Disappointing as I order from this Pizza Hut often.
Ordered for delivery and got a confirmation that it was going to be delivered 4 hours later at 10:30pm… not acceptable for when you are ordering for dinner. I then tried to call and cancel it and got disconnected 4 times. When I finally got through to someone, she said she couldn’t cancel the order and had to forward me to the manager, whose line rung and rung until it also got disconnected. I can’t even cancel it??
Hire competent employees they messed up my whole order breadsticks weren’t cut and they were supposed toBe cheese sticks and gave me two of the same pizzas in my dinner box a credit is pending on a district manager which probably won’t happen
First, cut the breadsticks and do not send customers off with a block of bread. Efficiently add sauce to the pizza(s) and make sure the food is hot! Please and thank you.
