The food has always been great here. I have also had excellent service a few times. Our last visit, we walked in and the host would not look at or speak to us. She was pretending to be busy between the register and menus but often just shifting objects back and forth. I don't mind waiting on a list but I can't believe how long we stood in the entryway without even being acknowledged. We ended up leaving and having an excellent meal and service at the Original Pancake Housing instead.

Unbelievable, we've tried coming to 2 different locations.. we asked for a table for 2 and they said it would be 30+ minutes.. which is fine. But there was a couple that walked in 2 minutes after us, asked for a table for 2 and then got seated immediately. BOTH locations, the exact same thing happened. I'm never going back, terrible customer service.

I had to bring my work van in to the Good year next to this Perkins. So I went and had breakfast. I ordered the chicken tender melt sandwich. My food was served fast and hot. Everything tasted great. Wait staff were friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was in and out in 30 min.

Menu has change a lot since I was there last. Only a couple pages and a lot of the breakfast items I am use to seeing are gone. Service was excellent and that is not to take lightly. Not sure if I liked the new menu but the food was good and reasonable. Good place when you need a chill place for a group on a budget that love pie, breakfast, and ? strips.

Pie was good but way overpriced nowadays for such a small piece. $5-6 for the tiniest piece ever and it was delivered to me very sloppy.

Good food good service..I try to go eat dinner every Monday,,FREE PIE every monday

Breakfast food is decent and portions are good. Lunch/Dinner foods are also pretty good but we most often eat breakfast food. Kid portions are generous and my kids are always satisfied (Ages 9 and 12). Very family friendly and staff is always courteous and prompt. We enjoy their muffins which have a good variety and will often take some home with us after dining in.

The food is good, but it's the people that really make this place.A 5yr old boy lost his toy between the booth seat and the wall. The waitress and manager went above and beyond to get the toy out. It's that service to people that gets them the 5th star. Well done Perkins staff. Well done.

I want to be clear that the food was five stars, if not more. The food was great. We were, however, disappointed in the service. Our server took our order for drinks and then never brought them. We had to ask someone else. Then when she took our lunch order, she asked if I would like my muffin with my meal or prior. I asked her to have it prior. Out came my meal some time later. No muffin. But boy was she Johnny on the spot with the fricken check.Guess I understand what this server's priorities are. If the food wasn't as great as it was, two stars. In the end ,the food was great, service was horrible.I hope this helps. Cheers.

I have been coming to this location for decades, and it is still a favorite of mine. Perfect for breakfast, excellent for lunch. It's a no frills, just plain good place to eat, with no bad surprises. Attentive service, reasonable prices.
