Refused to refund me when they were out of something I ordered. Called corporate, who told the owners to call me and—guess what? They never did. Definitely trying to steal my money. Order at a different location, this one is run by thieves
Clean, but minimal staff, no napkins, cup lids or straws. Staff attended to it right away though. Food was acceptable and typical Mickey D's.
Staff is usually good but the managers are absolutely terrible. Just unkind. Will not be back.
My grandsons and I decided to give this particular McDonald's a try. The weather turned nasty just before we got there, so as a safety measure we pulled in to have our dinner and wait out the storm. Tornado sirens went off then store employees told everyone to go to the break room. They gave chicken nuggets to everyone who wanted them. And we all waited for the storm to pass together. I was very pleased with the measures taken to ensure everyone's safety. Great job McDonald's as a company and fantastic job to the employees of this particular McDonald's.Grateful grandmother.
3/28/22...I went into the store rather than drive through. The store was very clean and well-stocked. Staff were pleasant and helpful.I ordered a cheeseburger, which was average, and, a small fries, which were piping hot and plentiful, lacked enough salt for my taste, but still the best fries in town!
I frequently use this restaurant for lunch at least a few times a month. Every time I order the same meal and every single time they up charge me for a large meal of that meal. They never ask if I would like it oversized they just automatically apply it to my order. I think paying the outrageous prices for a quick meal is enough, but upcharging every single person seems to be a trained technique by the management. Do better!!!
Good McDonald's. Clean. Friendly staff. A little understaffed. Service was slow, but the food was nice, hot, and tasty. Recommend.
They never fill their fries up. I'm talking halfway if lucky, on a large. And you better ask for fresh, hot ones! Also, several times I've gotten a dbl quarter pounder w/cheese and no onions. Firstly, the burger was pink in the middle ? and they always still put hella onions on it even when requested none.
Worst Service ever at the drive thru. The guy at the drive thru just said what when taking my order and then said go to the window. When I got to the window I asked him for the total he grunted and gave me the stick eye.It would be best to get him off of the drive thru.
Y’all can’t even get a single happy meal correct!!! Forgot the toy and fries. Are y’all high or something? Do your job lazy ppl!
