No one looked at the counter ,nobody take care who wanted to order. I ate here, didn't give me tray ,I went to ask for it,The man with glasses gave one for two kids . After meal tried to order a cheeseburger to go, waited for ten minutes and give up,they even didn’t look at the counter at all ! Never again, thanks!
Spent 5 minutes at the drive through without acknowledgment. After a stack of 5 cars behind us, we pulled around the building to the two vacant windows. The person at the first window told us we were too impatient and that if we wanted to place an order we would need to go to the back of the line. We chose not to risk that 30 minutes (6 cars x are least 5 minutes) for a McDonald's hamburger. They obviously do not want our business.
The good thing about this McDonald's is that they are consistent in the rudeness of their employees.I'm sure this particular young man at the drive thru at around 3:45pm on June 9th has been rude to a lot of other people before me. The company doesn't seem to particularly care about customer service, and that's fine. They know that eventually you'll get a burger from them and I probably will... But at least today they didn't get my money. As I said... the one thing I like about this McDonald's is that you can always count on the rudeness of their employees...
I've been here a dozen or so times, the place one of the more clean and well kept mcdonalds. That being said the food is as expected, my rating is not based on the quality or tasteTwice I've been to this mcdonalds; both experiences using the mobile kiosk, ordering a quarter pounder and have received every ingredient, including extra onions, but WITHOUT the meat. The second time I came back around 30 minutes after my order was complete, but they closed the doors for inside dining premature to the posted close time. Requiring me to awkwardly wait for management through the drive through window.Aside from that this mcdonalds is slower than others in the Twin Cities area, accounting for average busy hours and foot traffic in the restuarant. Is it absurdly slow? No.But perhaps 3-7 minutes longer than average. Which is noticeable for a fast food joint.Overall the place is as good as mcdonalds van be aside from the meatless hamburger mistakes and the small amount of extra time it takes for orders to be completed.
Never gets an order right. Ever. Convenience food only. There's nothing noteworthy about this McDonald's.We go so infrequently now that it wouldn't bother me if it closed.
worst drive through experience of my life. never been so upset after a mcdonalds visit. a friend and i both had codes on the app for free fries. we went through the drive through and gave our codes. firstly, it took quite awhile for the cashier to enter the orders. then, when we pulled up to the first window, a kind boy told us we needed to pay 27 cents for sauce, even though the codes said no purchase necessary. he was very understanding and told us he would remove the sauce and give it to us for free after showing him the code. so, we pulled up to the next window and were not-so-warmly greeted with a woman asking us if we had paid. we evenly explained the situation and she was immediately defensive. she told us we must pay 50 cents for a sauce. it was clear that she knew she was in the wrong but was just trying to cover up her worker's mistake. we calmly persisted because we did not want to pay 50 cents after using our points. it was a back and forth and ended with her harshly telling us to "have a good night ladies" and quickly shutting the window in our faces. we made our way down to the medina mcdonalds and recieved much better service by their manager! the medina mcdonalds is definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive down hwy 55 <3
I go through the drive thru and order a sausage McMuffin without meat and a hash brown to take advantage of the deal which is buy a sandwich and get a hash brown for a dollar. The lady rang it up as a sausage mcmuffin. No big deal I go to the first window and have them correct it. The total comes to 7 something and I was confused as it rang up. I got the receipt and they rang it up as a Canadian bacon McMuffin with no meat which isn’t a part of the deal. I told them at the second window that this is not right and they are charging me more for something I am asking to remove anyways. The lady speaks in Spanish to the employee which I could understand her clearly saying it is the same in to her coworker in Spanish and it isn’t. She rolled her eyes and walked away.
McDonald's food tastes the same everywhere. There is definitely better tasting fast food. The service sucks at best at most McDonald's, and that's not just due to lack of employees. It's the attitude at everyone of the stores. Why do I sometimes order from them, convince.
I have always used the drive thru. They always get my order correctly and in time. Prefer this place rather than other McDonald's in the area. Customer service has been excellent on all my visits.
Just went through the drive thru and had a great experience. The taking orders was so nice, came to the window and asked the asain woman a question about the app she was very polite, wasn't quiet sure as to the answer so she asked her manager ( tall white guy ) and he was also very friendly about it all. I usually only come during the day but wanted to get a little something this evening and it was the bets experience I've had. The managers and workers on day shifts are usually so rude and have no manners what so ever. It was nice to be able to have a very positive experience this evening. I guess I'll just start going to this location at night.
