Ordered for delivery through Jersey Mike’s and we received a notification that our food was arriving. However, it never showed up and when we tried calling several times to follow up on this no one ever answered the phone. I can understand a delivery mistake, but not answering the phone with calls placed at different times?? I will be quite frustrated if I have to go there to make sure I don’t get charged!

Jersey Mikes offers the best sandwiches made with high quality ingredients. Far superior to other sandwich chains. I’m not usually a fan of sub sandwiches but the #56 and #9 are excellent. Customer service has always been good and I’ve never had any problems.
Usually has great tasting subs despite being simple. Lately they have only been open for online ordering due to lack of staff.has great quotes on the walls and is usually extremely clean.
This sandwich place pretty good, good customer service. Although I have to say I got a buffalo chicken sandwich and was really disappointed. Super messy and had it in the car for about five minutes, got home and the bag was soaked into the chicken. Too spicy and not enjoyable. Overall better sandwich shop then Subway or Jimmy Johns

This my third time I order from them and they do the same mistake even l told them what I need to put on the sandwiches put they don't Listen they do the same mistakes over and over and I believe it was the manager if the manager does the mistakes three times I don't Plain the Employee if they do mistakes.
Quick service and friendly staff.EDIT. Went back and service was horrible. Stood around waiting for twenty minutes while two employees were more concerned with the music.
Poor customer service. I went there a few days ago. One of the members, I think his name is Craig, he was personable and made a good sandwich. He made the experience great where as other members sat on their phones and seem quite rude.
