Was delicious. Little more cost than competitors, but both of us were pleased with our Cajun chicken subs!

Went in to get tmobile tuesday deal which states free medium sub with ANY purchase. When i came up to cashier, she told me to hit the redeem button which starts a timer and THEN she tells me that their owner doesn’t honor the coupon and i had to buy a combo to get the free sub. Basically forced to do it since i already hit the redeem button and wasnt warned in advanced. Used this deal at other location before and they had no problem with me just buying a cookie since the coupon states ANY purchase. Extremely disappointed with owners and cashier trapping me like that but sandwich was okay.

Rose tha manager sucks. She can't take the real feedback of food safety. You can't take money and turn around and take money. #1 foodservice no no. Being clean is top. If u can't handle knowing you did wrong and tell me your over it isn't good customer service. The stores customer service is terrible. They need help getting back on track.

I go here at least 3 times a month and the staff is amazing. Rose always says hello by name as soon as I walk in. They are all super friendly and efficient. Unlike the surrounding establishments they truly care about the customer. I’m so impressed by all of the staff here.

Recently visited there for the very first time. Staff were patient and helpful. Helped me to figure out what I wanted with some helpful suggestions and personal preferences. Definitely superior to most chain sandwich places, (i.e. Subway, Jimmy John's, Potbelly. Would strongly recommend if you're looking for a hot or cold sub style sandwich. Also like how they are big on supporting First Responders. Great food, great service for a great cause.

just picked up my sub. i ordered no onions (even shows on my receipt) but it still had them ; the bread was so dry / stiff ; and sub overall lacked taste.

Walked in and waited and waited then a women comes out of the back with cell phone in hand tells me she will be right with me. Her and her phone head in the back and I'm waiting and waiting finally I just left. Worst service ever. Someone needs to manage there people or train them that customers come before personal phone calls

Dont really care about masks or not, subs are good, prices are good. I think they are a bit short on staff though, whether or not the place is open is kind of a toss up. Call ahead to confirm they are open, have had a few times where I pull up and the door is locked

The Food Was Good But There was An Employee That was Out of Uniform And Was the only one not wearing his mask and was making sandwiches. So Not ok during these uncertain times Management Needs To Make Sure Especially In the Food Business That Masks Are Being Worn!!!!!!
