Typically I have good experiences here but today was not very good. I ordered my 6 donuts and the girls asked if I needed anything else so I kept going. They were out of the avocado toast which happens quite frequently which if it such a popular item you would think they would realize how much they would need to order to keep it in stock. They still don’t have a blender which they haven’t had the entire they’ve been open and after I finished ordering I didn’t get my donuts so I had to go back. My order came out wrong and my drink wasn’t full which I’m assuming is because it was missing the whip cream on top. Then I realized I forgot my sons hot chocolate so I went through the drive through line for that and was told the hot chocolate machine is also broken so no hot chocolate for him. So frustrating!
Bacon bagel sandwich was super dry and I found a hair in my sandwich. The hash browns were burnt. The sugar donuts barely have any sugar on them. They didn’t have a blender for the frozen hot chocolate drink and the sourdough bread wasn’t thawed for our sandwich. Was not impressed one bit and we won’t be back.
Patrick gave us excellent service even at closing time! We will definitely be getting more donuts from here in the future. Their coffee is better than Starbucks and cheaper. Their customer service at this location is excellent.
I guess I'm the only one who doesn't give this place 5 stars....I usually don't do a 1 star either. Got a simple cold brew, tasted like dirt. Figured out why as the bottom had coffee grounds floating around. I'm starting to notice a pattern where each time I go to a different dunkin it's a consistent _____ show. Owell....I guess based on statistics from the reviews on this dunkin, you've got a 1 in 34 chance of having a bad time. Lucky me.
How can I say that I am beyond excited that I go out of town and run into a Dunkin' Donuts!?stoked. (unlike my cashier but, hey, it's early).Coffee was a bit strong and so was the dragon fruit refresher.. but thee donuts are on point!
I am so happy about this new location opening. They definitely moved over their best workers and managers. Always really great service and attitudes, not to mention Dunkin' Donuts has an amazing reward program through the app.
I usually do drive thru at this location but since there was a big line, I decided to go inside and order. Big mistake: one girl was taking a big order and the other girl asked if I had a to go order, which I replied with “no, I need to order” she made me wait behind the big group while she continues taking 2 new non pick up orders who had just walked in. I decided to just leave. It’s extremely disrespectful
Salted caramel cold brew and avocado toast were delicious! I almost wish I hadn't tried it because now I am going to have to get it frequently!
Excellent service! Staff were friendly and efficient. Line moved so quickly! Donuts had the perfect amount of frosting and they looked very appealing! I often visit the Lakeville location and it's terrible; the donuts hardly have any frosting. Will definitely be stopping by and recommending this location to everyone!
Having grown up and lived in Mass and my parents even owning a Dunks, this is the best one I've ever experienced. Service level is very high. Drive-thru is efficient, food is fresh-tasting, and coffee is great. So happy to have one nearby now!
