I ordered Thin crust chicken pizza… pizza had burnt taste and hardly few chicken pieces on it

Ordered online with no problem, arrived at the given time for pick-up, was advised they were behind, which I understand happens, and was told it would be an extra 20 minutes. 40 minutes later, with no further communication the pizzas were ready. One was done and sat there for 20 minutes until the second one was done, not sure what that was about. Poor communication, if there is an issue, it is important to keep the customer in the loop. The pizza was fine.

Wasn't able to place an order in the store. I had to go online in the parking lot and order! Then...wings were soggy... very disappointing. Thankfully the cheesy bread was good. Overpriced for what I got. I haven't ordered from Domino's in a long time. It will likely not happen again.

always busy, fun yet professional staff. Vg attention to detail on orders, be it just pepperoni, or subdivided with peripheral sides. whatever they pay these guys, 'snot enuff.

We order often. Lately I would say last few timesPizza is either underdone or tomato sauce is toooo much or cheese is tooo much.whoever is working or making it doesn’t really care. I am giving two stars because he just fill our stomach when we are in the run!!!!extremely disappointing.

This Domino’s Pizza is literally the only when I get and I will 100% say it is the best never have no problems with them

Order was never received and it’s not possible to get through their main line to talk to anyone. This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had ordering food. Do yourself a favor and pick any other pizza place out there.

My delivery driver couldn't get in the apartment building for health reason. Why would you assign a driver that couldn't get in the building when the instruction was very clear to buzz to get into the building??? I added a 30% tip for nothing when I had to go down and picked what I ordered and on top of that, one of the drinks was incorrect! I called the store and was told the manager was too busy to talk. Seriously??? Is this how Domino's treat their loyal customer?

I had a terrible customer experience at this Domino’s location. We placed a carry-out order online, and the status indicator reflected that the order was in progress so I headed over to pick it up. When I got to the store, they told me that our order hadn’t been started yet. I assumed since I was the only customer in the store, they would start my order right away (that is what other locations have done when they are busy). So I waited about 20 minutes, asked for an update, and was told my order was in the oven. After waiting another 20 minutes, I asked a different employee for an update, and was told my order hadn’t been started, and that there were still 20-30 orders ahead of me! How can you keep people just standing in your store for 45 minutes without even trying to help them? I know they were busy and short staffed that night, but why wouldn’t you prioritize customers who are literally standing there in front of you over deliveries? That’s the point of carry-out, to get your food faster! I ended up canceling my order and just went home. It was a total waste of my time, and super frustrating because no one in the store was even trying to help me. Terrible customer service. I will not go back to this location.

Man this dominos spot dont know how to answer the phone its 2pm like I understand if y'all about to close but its prime time worst dominos ever I called them 3 times waiting 6 minutes each call no answer and on the live it say not busy at all
