Food was great, service was pretty good. What caught my eye is we sat in the dining room for an hour between three dirty tables with piles of garbage on them. When we got up to leave I looked around and could see seven employees working, some of which that I didn't appear to be doing much, one of which who was staring out the window and playing on her phone. Apparently nobody could be bothered to go and clean up the dining room. If the dining room wouldn't have felt gross, they would have gotten five stars.
I ordered a Hawaiian deep dish and breadstick on a Friday night. The delivery arrived sooner than anticipated and it was delicious! The crust was perfectly crunchy for a deep dish but not over done. I always have a great experience with this Davannis! 5+ years and consistently pleased!
Good but orders can take a while right now with the worker shortage. At least the workers here speak English so I give them credit for not recruiting from Guatemala, like Culvers
We went to Davanni's in Plymouth on Friday night December 3, 2021 about 6:30 pm. We ordered a medium pizza 1/2 Hawaiian Pizza and the other half the Works, Traditional crust along with two beers. The place was dead accept for a few takeout orders. The service was really good. The pizza was terrible the Hawaiian Pizza had very few pineapple and a couple Canadian bacon scattered here and there. It basically tasted like a regular pizza with Canadian bacon and a few pineapple on it. It has no pizazz like a Hawaiian Pizza usually does and was terrible. The side with the Works didn't taste like a traditional Divanni's Pizza and it lacks flavor and contents. The sauce usually had more zest to it was dull. Both sides lacked in cheese. However the can beer tasted like aluminum. We will not go back to this Divanni's. This place was completely empty on a Friday night at 6:30. Very unusual for a Divanni's.
Always our favorite place to go eat pizza! Good to see such nice, young and hard-working kids there! You guys ROCK!
New cashier was wonderful. She is on her second day.We got excellent service and food.
Everytime we come to Minneapolis area we try to stop here. The food was excellent, but this time the service was so poor had to wait over 45 minutes for our food almost gave three stars. Still would highly recommend stopping here.
