Something about their food strongly appeals to me despite all of this chain's shortcomings. With overflowing wastebins, dirty tables, and a frantically busy staff, it's no wonder Chipotle is best known for salmonella outbreaks. Their portions are sized for two, so expect a strong bellyache if you finish a burrito or bowl in one sitting. This location has been very understaffed lately and has had limited hours. I'd say stay away, but something about the food keeps bringing me back.
Unfortunately, store is convenient for me. I have been coming here for years and it always is disappointing in some way. It is never clean! Most times the staff don’t seem to care. Late orders are the standard. This last visit consisted of all of the above but the utter disregard and poor attitude from the employees was more than I could take. I love a good chicken burrito, but in this franchise location is the worst! I just can’t see myself going again.
This is my third update for this location:I've been eating Chipotle for nearly 20 years and still love it. I don't know what's going on with this location but the portion sizes are very hit and miss. On rare occasion I've had normal sized burritos but normally they are on the small side. Today, we ordered our normal three burrito order, one was small and two were at best half of a normal size. All of the other locations in the area are consistent with normal sized burritos. Even though this is the closest location to my house, I won't be going back. I'm done compromising portion size to save driving 5 more minutes.
Got there during a quieter time a couple hours after lunch rush and it didn't feel very clean. Food seemed a little overdone, like it was sitting too long in the bins. Not the nicest Chipotle I've been to.
Super stingy with their portions. Bowl, queso, and chips were half compared to other locations. What are you guys doing rationing or something? Give the customer what they paid for. I encourage everyone to take your money to another location. They will not give you what you paid for. Y’all deserve better. Will not be back to this location.
My first time at a Chipotle. Food was pretty good but the atmosphere was quite sterile. I guess I was just expecting more. I went with a group that wanted to go there. I wouldn't pick it as a place to go back to on my own.
If i could give no stars i would but sadly this has nothing to do with the staff but has to do with quality of food. I got food poisoning last week after eating here. It was so bad I ended up in the hospital. I will never eat chipotle again. My 10$ bowl cost me alot more than 10$ this time.
They need to train their employees on how to wrap a burrito. We ordered two queso burritos, both of them were messy and disgusting, half of the stuff fell out while they were wrapping them. We didn’t have any extra rice, beans, or meat, so the burritos were not larger than usual. Extremely disappointed 25$ for this mess, no thanks
They literally put like zero cheese on my main meal which was a quesadilla a cheese quesadilla none the less yes I was probably one of the last pickup orders but it doesn't matter! I paid just as much as if somebody ordered at noon! This happens quite often actually! But I love the cheese quesadillas so much I keep coming back the guacamole was on point though
