We didn't receive our food for almost an hour, when it finally came it was cold, we sent it back and kept being told it would be right up, we only ordered 1 meal that we were sharing, the honey chicken tenders. We had somewhere else to be so decided the leave as it was another 15-20 min and still no good while otjers who came in after were gstting there food. , the server wasn't going to charge us but the manager had her charge us for half the meal because she said we were walking out on our meal! What meal, we never got to eat anything? Manager said they put the chicken down and were making it and we could wait for it. After having to argue with her we did not pay anything.
Half done bread sticks, luke warm food,slow uncaring service . Then they wonder why them TIPS missing. Continue on i hope you get the same service when you step out to eat ?
Very friendly staff and good drinks. Highly recommend the strawberry sunrise margarita!!
The food is always great. I prefer their dine in service than their take out. Everytime we've ordered take out the order is never right. Something, if not multiple things are always missing. Check your order before leaving the parking lot. I will mention they will give a $5 gift card but that doesn't always cover the cost for what's missing and I prefer to have my actual order right. The dining customer service is amazing.

Excellent service. We were a party of 10 and the service never suffered on a Saturday night.The food was fantastic, kudos to the chef and their team.

I haven't been to chilies for a while but those southwest egg rolls where so yummy. Are they still tasty? I might just put in and get an order to go. I went and order the egg rolls. THEY WERE AWFUL!! Chili's is not what it use to be..
This was my first time at a Chili’s. The food was average. I got the trio fajitas, chicken crispers and chili. However, Abby, my server, was super patient when I contemplated about what to order and how to pay. Abby is the nicest server I’ve ever met! :)
I accepted my steak a little overdone, but it was still delicious. The cook needs to work on his timing. But IT WAS STILL DELICIOUS!!! My salad had too many brown edges pieces on the lettuce, but I still ate it, the blue cheese covered it....the loaded baked potato has too much spices, but.....yes....I ate it anyway. I love Chili's!!!
