Great store! I had a business meeting there and it was very cozy and comfortable! Money is tight so I wasn't able to purchase anything but they still let me have my meeting there!! That was much appreciated!!
Basic, overpriced coffee shop. Staff is fine and friendly.
Everyone I know who comes to this Caribou comes back. Mitch and the rest of the staff are kind and courteous. They quickly learn your name and your order and give great personalized suggestions. I always leave happier than I came in and it isn't just because of the coffee.

Tried this location’s curbside pick up today. Prompt and friendly service. Staff was looking for my car upon arrival - I didn’t even need to hit the “I’m here” button on the app. Will return!

Was browsing some whole bean varieties to take along, and manager Alex's willingness to answer questions reminded me I'd been looking for a decent espresso blend, which she took time to select and package for me. Her service with a smile was on-point, best practice. Thank you!
