I placed a mobile order, when I walked in a few minutes later there was no one there - working or in line. My drinks weren’t ready. An employee finally came up at the same time someone got in line to order. She took their order and made their drink. As I was still waiting two more people ordered and got their drinks. 15 minutes later she started making my drinks. I had ordered two crafted presses - mine was right but the second one was absolutely awful, it was not made right whatsoever. Waste of money and time - skip this location and go to a different caribou.
They are getting better but I still like chai from Starbucks, but Caribou has great products and food.

Dark roast coffee very satisfying flavor.
Thinking this would be the quickest coffee run, there was no line! I walked right up to the counter and expected the man to acknowledge me.... He didn't! He then proceeded to play his game on his phone for the next 5 minutes! His back was to me, so I could see his phone. FIVE MINUTES!When he did finally look up, set his phone down and very slowly walked over to take my order. He wasn't friendly at all and acted like he was so annoyed that I interrupted him! He didn't asked me anything, I simply told him what drink I wanted and that was it! No common courtesy, didn't ask for my member #. Just rude!!I will have no problem driving to any other coffee shop because I will not be back there!
Don't know how the coffee is. Couldn't get anyone to help me. Guy was too busy texting and on the computer to even notice I was at the place.
