Food was great! Got 10 traditional wings(Asian zing&mango habanero) waitress was on top of things. And the atmosphere for a Friday night wasn't loud, was very relaxing.
I went here with my girlfriend and some of her family members. The food was great and the service was superb! 5 stars for the service here, we had never received such remarkable service anywhere before. The only thing we found that we wish were better was that the garden salad here didn't have croutons and possibly some meat that the BWWs in St. Paul had. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our meals and had a wonderful time together.

We stood at door for a little bit. No one even acknowledged our existence. The host (?) was standing there for a minute or 2 but then walked away. Maybe a "Hi! We'll be with you in a minute" should be added to their training. We had a wheelchair. The host (?) had us follow her. Obviously they didnt understand the concept of wheelchair width. Seriously?!?! Same issue with the spot they tried to seat us! We had to point out a different spot. SMFH Who manages this place? Our server was good. She should get a job at a better restaurant. Food... we didn't all (4) get it at once so that was awkward too.I know we should be nice to those who show up but seriously some of them just shouldn't show up.
I very much enjoy BWW. I am able to get my chicken plain and the bbq on the side. The food is almost always warm, had to take of one star because on more then one ovation the chicken felt it was made the night before (i do not know if that is real).I have had more good luck then not here.
Jenny was super rude! Ordered traditional wings and we received boneless. And we said the order was wrong, she was adamant that we said boneless and even added that she confirmed the order twice, which she never did! She just said the time and actually hung up. We thought maybe they were busy but not really when we got there. She even treated us rudely stating that it was our fault. We had to calm her down. Hopefully, they get better service. Not going to this location again.
Nice servers and good food. Only bad thing is the parking. It's in a location shared with other businesses, so parking is hard to find. Found parking across the street at Caribou Coffee.
Ordered online. Waited & finally received the notification that our order is ready. We went to go pick it up and was told that our order was in fact, NOT ready. Ended up waiting another 40 minutes for the food. Multiple other people also waiting 30+ minutes after receiving their notification. How does the pickup system work...? Why are we being told our order is ready when it's not?Would NOT recommend ordering online from this location.
I think that Buffalo Wild Wings needs to switch its cheese curds. The cheese curds would have gotten a one-star review but since my crunchy chicken wrap was so good I had to give it a four I hate giving bad bad bad reviews unless it was totally horrible but please change your guys as cheese curds there just a soggy mess
