It’s nice having this Applebees here especially since it’s located right by the movie theater. Great for grabbing a quick bit before or after a movie.I recommend their various appetizers some of which are half off after 9:00pm. The honey bbq boneless wings are my personal favorite.One note that has more recently become more and more disappointing is getting food to go. The main reason is they now completely skimp on the to go portion sizes which are about half of what you get for the same order in store.Note the “basket” of onion rings in the photo. I wouldn’t exactly call 5 rings a “basket” especially when you were planing to share them with a few other people.
I GrubHubed food from here and said no pink specifically because I am pregnant and the whole burger was pink a under cooked
One of the cleanest Applebee's I've been into in a long time. Service was promp, food was good, and it was in the same parking lot as the movie theater where I saw Top Gun. Great pre-movie stop!
I'm a longtime regular at this Applebee's location over the years and typically have no problem with my service. That changed unfortunately when I dined here on Monday May 23 2022. Our server was fine at first, but I grew annoyed when it took her ten minutes to bring applesauce for a young child I brought who kept asking and asking for it. The server took her time in the back kitchen and talking to other customers, but apparently forgot about the applesauce. When I finally got her attention and politely remined her, she immediately coped an attitude and blamed "the kitchen" for the long delay in bringing the applesauce. She also argued with me and rudely told me that I had only waited five minutes, not ten as I stated I had. I told her to check her attitude, and she rudely instructed me to quite down. A properly trained server would've have acknowledged that he/she had forgotten and not rudely argued with one of their regulars. The manager on duty acknowledged that she had seen me frequently and knew that I was a regular and said she'd speak to the server. As I paid the bill and left, I was given dirty looks by the server and her colleague who gossiped about me and watched me through the window as I walked with the children I brought all the way to my car! I hope the organization does something to correct this rude and unwelcoming behavior or I'll gladly take my valuable business elsewhere!
I received wings undercooked multiple times. I asked the manager why my wings were undercooked and he insulated me ND walked away. This place is despicable. Honestly eat anywhere else. I'd rather get food poisoning at Chili's.
We never had the chance to eat. They were only seating 1 table at a time. There were 5 tables (3 eating) Our wait 20-30min (4top) the people behind us (4 top) were told 30-45min. We all walked out.Staff (including manager) didn't initially even acknowledge us.Maybe you can sustain yourselves off the bar regulars. If so great for you.
I received the wrong item and watched my wife eat her main food. Eventually I received the correct item. It is common for a restaurant to provide some discount for the problem, but not here. The food was good though, just late.
The service was great! The waiter was very friendly and personable. The food was good and came in a timely manner.
We have had 2 bad experiences.....first time was Grandaughters B Day she's 6...waiter said he'd bring something special.......nothing showed Grabdaughter was sad....in addition fries were cold and order was mixed.....that was December 2021. so This past Saturday decided to give them another visit.....waiter mixed up simple drink orders...no alcohol. btough 8 yr olds drink in a tall glass.....then it spilled all over the seat.... no waiter around to help. went to bar...ge had no clean bar towels handed me a couple paper towels....so now we are scrunched together like sardines. meals come. fries are old and wrinkly had been re warmed. burgers were burnt or raw.....spinach dip had a thick film on it...DISCUSTING. SAVE YOUR MINEY EAT ELSWHERE ......
Have not been here since Covid. The service was outstanding with our server even coming by to let us know our food was up and would be out shortly. The portion sizes were large and a great value. Lastly, our meals were all very tasty. We'll go back for sure!
