Great food, but really loud if you eat inside. The space is like a giant echo chamber and it's just not that pleasant—although the patio is nice! It's also a major bummer that breakfast is only served until 11, even on weekends. We met some friends here recently for breakfast and sadly they were running late, and we had to order off the lunch menu since it was 11:03 when we finally got to the front of the line to order. In my opinion, 11 is too early to end breakfast service on the weekend—if you like a midday weekend brunch, look elsewhere.
Surprisingly there were open tables for outdoor dining this evening. The counter personnel are delightful and prices are reasonable. Food was served outdoors quickly - piping hot.The evening went downhill with our first bites of food. The fries were oily and limp. The salmon sauce had way too much salt, as did the broccoli that looked super fresh but was simply too salty to enjoy. The jasmine rice was just okay.Yum formerly had servers occasionally bring a water pitcher to fill glasses. They no longer offer any service apparently after bringing the food. I could've used some more water to wash down all of that salt.I'm past the point of excusing restaurants for poor food or service. Yum lost a several times per year customer today. Bye bye.
Yum has seriously yummy food. The atmosphere is conversation welcoming, with large windows across the front which lights up the whole dining area, and efficient service and pleasant people. Did I mention that the food is really good.
The baked goods here are decadent. Shared the mini banana cream pie and it was fabulous. For lunch I had the turkey sandwich with avocado, it was hard to eat but yummy. The house-made chips are delicious. My friends pad Thai was seasonal and only ok she said. Highly recommend this place. They do have another location which I also enjoy.
We like yum! The dining space is clean, light and airy. Better yet, the food is very good. Somewhat of a deli style eatery is yum! The main course offerings are clever and the bakery offering shown are irresistible - especially the cup cakes.
This place was hopping today! It was good to see the hustle and bustle of lunch rush at the restaurant level come back. I had a massive order, for an event, they completed it quickly for me. The staff we incredibly friendly and offered me extra help bringing to my car, holding doors for me, etc. yum! lives up to its name.
Love this place! Have only been for breakfast. Homemade English muffins, oh my goodness!! Avocado toast, delicious....they've got something for everyone. Coffee...lots of space, a lovely patio for nice weather....staff are always so friendly. ❤️
We found a new favorite restaurant! I had the pappardelle chicken with artichoke. Wow! It’s so good! The ingredients are fresh and the portion is generous. The garlic toast is wonderful! My wife had the lemon chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The presentation was beautiful. It was tasty too! The venue is spacious (and busy). It may be an order at the counter, get your own drinks, and wait at your table place - but this is not cheap fast food (nor is it slow). Friendly staff and a creative assortment of meals to choose from (including standbys like pizza and burgers). Free parking too (at least at the Yum! In Eden Prairie, MN). I’ll be back!
The first time I went I ordered a salad and it was decent. I figured I would go back and try something else since it was close to home. Worst decision I could have made. I went Saturday evening and had the chicken pot pie. I immediately became sick to my stomach and accompanied with a very strange headache. The whole time I was eating (which comes like soup) I though hmm this taste pretty strange. Kind of chemically. Some soups do have an after taste so I ignored it. Today is Tuesday and I am still experiencing the strange headache I got immediately after eating the soup. I’m even experiencing a lot of pressure in my head and if it continues tomorrow I will be going to the doctor. Very very strange situation just from having a meal out. My children had the pizza and also felt sick to the stomach after. I spent $50 on food plus a tip just to end up feeling strange and throwing the majority of the food away. Never ever again will I eat there. Ever.
I enjoy the food here. Fast casual service, but they charge as if you're in a full service restaurant. Great food, quality ingredients, good service, and the bakery is outstanding!
