This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. People make mistake, and that seems to happen more and more at fast food places. This place is in bad shape though. No bacon on my big bacon classic the first time I went to this location a week ago (the woman working in the wondow was nice), then figured I'd give it another try and went inside a few das ago. No body working at this place seemed to be in a decent mood. An employee cut me off as walked in the door after I held it for my wife. Staff yelling to each other across the restaurant. No paper towels in both women and men's bathroom. Then this old lady ordered a big bacon cheddar meal and as I was leaving she was asking where her bacon was. Never going back. Too bad cause the Wendy's on highway 55 used to be great, and now this is the closest one to us now apparently.
We had an awful experience at this Wendy's. The wait time was over 15 minutes, with only 2 other cars in line. They were rude during the interaction. Then when i paid, we were told the receipt printer doesn't work. The food was cold and gross. The order was wrong and missing 2 items. And we couldn't even go in to complain because the dining area was closed. So we tried the drive through again and waited 15-20 more minutes before giving up and leaving.
I waited damn near 30 minutes in the drive thru. I ordered spicy nuggets and got regular, but also a few of them weren’t even fully cooked. I used to work at a food place so I know what uncooked food looks like. The spicy chicken sandwich was good though.
Our visit was atrocious! We waited in the drive through area at least 10 minutes before we could even order our food. We had two frosties, but after one sip, we threw them away. It was not ice cream, rather lukewarm bubbly brown milk. We tried to get our money refunded, but the restaurant itself was closed, only the drive-thru was open. Unfortunately, the drive through was backed up and we did not want to waste another hour to get our money back. We are now, and will forever be, ex-Wendy's customers.
So impressed with their courtesy on Sunday, May 15 around 1pm…so whoever the staff was kudos! The speaker was not working…they had a sign that said order at the window. There was a car the honked behind us in line and drove off upset only because he was not patient. He had seen the note. So know if you get complaints, that the guys working inside were clearly hustling and had a kind and gracious attitude.
I don't understand how it's possible to be so consistently bad. Probably mismanagement. After waiting 20 minutes for my food it's simultaneously cold and hot and burnt, almost like they threw an old patty back on the fryer burnt it but not enough to heat it all the way through. Gross. Cold frys and nice but poorly trained staff. If your able to, go literally anywhere else for better food.
I appreciate the morning crew. Automatically getting ketchup packets is the little things that set them apart. I look forward going to Wendy's during my morning and lunch break. Friendly service and fast, sometimes faster than jimmy John's and you know their slogan.
Easily the worst location in the entire metro. Either their systems are down, they open late, close early or are just flat out closed. Ordering and getting food takes forever. Horrible order accuracy. Unfortunately it is becoming a trend for many Wendy's locations including Plymouth stores
Stopped by the drive over lunch, waited for 5 minutes and watched the cars ahead of me get served without anyone coming on the speaker to take my order or even acknowledging I was there. And even on the occasions in the past when I can get my food, the order is almost always incorrect or missing items. You are much better off going to another Wendy’s location or the Taco Bell down the road.
Just had the spicy chicken fillet. When it first came out it was thick and juicy and a great sandwich. This time it was thin, dry and barely warm. The bun dwarfed the meat. I would have to ask again, " Where's the meat!"
