I get it, staffing is hard, and no dining room means no cleaning. But I like to pay with cash, eat inside the restaurant, and actually make eye contact with the people serving me my food. Especially since I work on the road and need a chance to sit in a proper chair.In addition I've always felt that the human element introduces a better experience and a little bit of accountability from the staff when handling my food. Looking through the reviews it seems that this hidden, hands off, backroom experience suffers in quality for these reasons.Nice idea Taco Bell, but I absolutely hate it with a passion.
It's taco bell. It used to be okay but then they got rid of all my favorite items. There was no gold at the end of this rainbow, only mediocrity.
“We’re open for door dash order only” refused service at drive through despite the listing on google that they are open. So frustrated with fast food not being staffed and closed at random times. Wendy’s, bk, toxicgell. Nahhh they closed bra
I think this location/store is in it's infancy and will continue to become as visited as the Golden Balley location just down the road. I thought the food was very good, slightly cooler than I'd like it, but it was nearly closing time. It's great to have this Taco Bell a mere 4 blocks from my house!! ?
We waited for our order only for it to be wrong when we got back to the office. Hard shell tacos were so 'wet' that they stuck to the wrapper. Completely missing a crunch wrap supreme. There was service with a smile but disappointing.
Zero ordered 2 Chipotle chicken melts bit into one with a bone!! a st nac fries bur. And it was overloaded with sour cream and had 4 small pieces of "steak " distributed poorly hard shell tacos were mainly lettuce
Poor quality of food. Ordered supreme party pack and tacos had a teaspoon of sour cream on each taco. Brought it back and manager said “it looks good to me”. Got a refund and left.
Very small portions and sloppy. Training issue perhaps? We were excited to have a Taco Bell so close to home. Unfortunately, our first experience to this location was not good at all. The hardshell taco had about a teaspoon of meat, and same with the cheese and lettuce. The enchilada was incredibly sloppy, I needed to use a fork. My husband's meal only had the meat mixture in the very middle of the tortilla. Bummer!!
Food quality is poor at this place. Every single time I order a crunchwrap Supreme it is incredibly soggy and takes like chemicals. It's like they pre make them ahead of time and just have them sit. I had also ordered a doritos taco supreme and there was only the tiniest amount of meat with old hard cheese inside. I live 5 minutes away and there's no way a crunchwrap can get soggy in that amount of time. Or cheese to harden up the way it did.
Had really bad experience here staffs are rude I have ordered by 1.30pm 6 spicy potato taco but in that 3 are some meat not potato’s, so I went back by 5.30pm because we had only 3 initially but they are not trusting me initially they are not ready to look at the food what’s inside and also they are telling it’s not there order and I showed them my order in phone later they agree to give replacement but I didn’t accept it
