Doors locked early and won't give me order saying I have to go through the drive through but delivery truck won't fit i already ordered to and won't give a refund
I came through for dinner ordered ad few items, when I got home I discovered one item was made incorrectly. I called in and was told they dont send out replacement vouchers or coupons, but the girl who I spoke with said she would try to remember, but I had to come In the next day. That was inconvenient for me as I dont eat taco bell every day, that I didnt care for plus I feel nobody will remember. I'll try on my next visit, amd we'll see how it goes. Ryan
What is wrong with rude people? As I order each thing "is that it?" Don't acknowledge the one extra thing I asked for, seriously, I get that you don't like your job but don't take the payment, close the window and pretend that we don't see you just staring at us for no reason.
Been going here for two decades since I was a teenager. Staff keeps getting worse and worse. Asked for sauce on a $16 order, threw the bag at me & said it was at the bottom of bag. Of course, no sauce in the bag. Doors locked (at 6pm on a Monday mine you), so couldn’t go in to fix their issue myself.Went around the drive through again, waited, just for sauce….and the lady gave me 4 packets. For a $16 order of several tacos. Asked for more, she tosses 5 at my hand and slams the window shut. Usually you apologize when a customer has to fix your poor service issue, right? Seemed to get the opposite service of that. It’s TBELL, I get it. But watch out. These young females working there are scary bad.
Good food and fast drive-thru at this TB but ordering on app stinks. Ordered using cell app and arrived 10 mins. later and TB had NOT received order despite what cell app stated. Order subsequently screwed up when re-ordered (no burrito, wrong sauce given out) over intercom. I asked for "Hot" sauce but got 'Fire'. Why not call the three sauces MILD, MEDIUM and HOT rather than MILD, HOT and FIRE? It would be less confusing to both TB employee and customer. Was informed at window I had to cancel the order-they could not do so. Canceled it, but app said it was too late and then sent me a text saying it had been canceled-DOH! Otherwise would have given it 5 stars. Clean up the app!!!
Several times now I've ordered ahead, they've not been able to fulfill my order and refuse to cancel it. Not only did they waste my time, but they stole from me. Tried to reverse it through my bank and they recharged it. Never again. Shame on you.
My boyfriend drove out of his way to get taco bell from this location and it was 100% worth it. He said he got his food in a reasonable time and the food was like twice the size it normally is. His food had the proper proportions and was tasty. I normally need 1.5-2 beefy five layer burritos to feel full and I ate ONE and was STUFFED. Whomever was working 3/13/22 around midnight needs a freaking raise. My boyfriend said its more worth his time to drive out of his way to get taco bell from this location, yall will see us again no doubt
I'm not sure what happened but they're usually pretty good. This time not so good. Had a $40 order messed up and they added the spicy sauce onto the chicken quesadilla I get for my 4yr old daughter and now she's crying ?, they did state it on the receipt so there's that. They also sold me a soft taco, a hard taco, and a burrito and called it a box... It was in a bag, and missing the chalupa supreme and the Doritos taco... So, basically I received 15 tacos, a quesadilla, and a crunchwrap, for $40. Thanks ? not your best quality Taco Bell
We were in the area passing through when we decided to stop here. It was actually a good choice as not all restaurants are walk-in. When we stopped here it was not that busy, so we only had to wait like 5 minutes for our food. No matter what time we came here, getting a $5 box is always a smart idea. Not only does it fill me up, but they almost always come with a chalupa and a hard shell taco, which happens to be my favourites. I really liked the retro outside look of this place, yet the inside looked modern like a lot of the other taco bells that I have seen. Not only were the people nice, but the food was very delicious with very fresh tasting ingredients. It would most definitely fun to go back again sometime.
Food is generally good. But they need to check the date of freshness on their nacho chips. Ours was a bit rancid.
