Had an issue with a mobile order not being made correctly the other day, so I go back into the store this morning and the manager could not have been nicer, saying sorry for the mistake, and he made a new sandwich for me. Subway, this manager working at your Minnetonka location deserves a raise! I’m not one to generally leave reviews, but I was very impressed with this interaction and the way it was handled. I wish I would have gotten his name.
Hours on google are not correct. It’s 10:45am and this location is closed on a Tuesday.
Everyone in the store was friendly and accommodating on a busy Saturday. We did not have to wait and the seating areas were clean.

My weekly Tuesday lunch spot. I always eat the footlong roast beef toasted with pepper jack, tomato, spinach, cucumber, pickles, olive, onion and pesto. This store is among the best
This is a nice alternative to the Mall of America. Appears to have been remodeled recently and everything is well kept up. There is a decent selection of stores and restaurants as either inside or nearby. Good place to walk and find a little something.
The staff here don't care about you or your businesses, and they aren't shy about it. They took a few minutes to talk to each other before helping me, even when I was in plain view at the counter. Then the lady making my order got visibly frustrated with me when I asked her for three different veggies on my sub, even asking "You don't need that much, do you?"
