The Minnetonka Pot Belly restaurant serves good sandwiches when open however they are not reliably open for business. I can’t tell you how many times i have driven there only to find they were closed. Call first if you don’t want to be disappointed….i know businesses are having trouble keeping and finding workers but this is no way to run a business.
Active menu works well and my order was accurate.
Hours are listed on the door 10am-3pm. :(

Terrible customer service. Walked up to the counter and said hi. The young gal working stares at me for a sec and then ignores me. I continue to wait 5 mins without anyone working there saying anything to me. So I left. This place is a joke.
Walked in and waited without anyone else in line in front of me and after 5 mins without any help I left
The food is good but whenever we try to stop here later in the day they seem to be closed up to an hour before they are supposed to.

Ordered online scheduled for 11:30 delivery, didn't show up until 12:10. Sandwich and soup were cold.
I got delivered the wrong salad today, and I called and let them know. The woman I talked to, Annette, was apologetic and she personally drove and delivered me the correct salad along with a cookie and some coupons! I'm so impressed- amazing customer service! Food was delicious also! We will definitely be ordering from this location again and recommending :)
