Eve was absolutely one of the best waitress’ my crazy family has ever had. We’re a party of 8, and a bit wild. Coming from customer service, I know we can be a lot but we try to be kind and respectful. She really really went out of her way to be extremely attentive and go above and beyond. She joked around with us and was super kind and nice, even when I felt like my parents were being a bit overbearing. Another waiter who had been helping Eve even came and offered to take a photo for our table because we had been celebrating my brother in laws Birthday. Eve even showed my dad, who’s older, how to use the kiosk to pay for his bill and was really respectful and kind to him. She’s definitely great and I hope if we come here again that we get her again!
The atmosphere and the service were both great at this location! However, I would NOT order anything with chicken. The grilled chicken was spongy and weird. I didn’t realize Olive Garden was in the habit of using the same “pink slime” chicken as McDonald’s or Jack-in-the-Box… Maybe other things on the menu are better quality.
I had a wonderful and attentive waitress. Her name is Olivia. She took my order and delivered each course at a timely pace. The food was good. As always the salad and bread sticks were a hit. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture, but the salad, calamari, and steak/with linguini with white sauce. Very good!
I went with my daughter today. It wasn’t extremely busy and sat within 2 minutes walking in. The waiter wasn’t pleasant or welcoming. He asked right away if I knew what I wanted to eat( no time to view the menu, but i knew what I wanted thankfully). I placed our orders with drinks. My daughter’s food came within 7 minutes. I ate some of the soup but ask the waiter to bring me a different soup ( didn’t taste right). I waited additional 25 minutes with little to no update on my order. I seen a table come in 10 minutes after me and received their food with 15 minutes of ordering. I was completely upset at this point. I told the waiter to take the entree off my bill. The waiter either needs more training or this isn’t the right field of work. I felt it was done on purpose. I wouldn’t recommend this location.
We ordered “Tour of Italy” which had lasagna, chicken Parmesan, tasty pasta, soup, and bread sticks. The food was super tasty and the portions were so large that my girlfriend and I got super full although we only ordered a single meal and we even had leftovers enough for an entire lunch meal for the day after! The waitress even gave us a free dessert of our choice for waiting slightly longer than normal!
The salad tasted like it had been sitting in dressing for a long time. It was super mooshy and not very enjoyable. Service was fine. Seemed understaffed, but you could see our waitress was trying to get everyone what they needed. I ordered pasta, and it did not disappoint. However, my son ordered the marinara on his pasta and he said it tasted weird from what he remembered. I tried it and could not put my finger on it, but it did taste a bit off. Still would go back!
I ordered takeout today, the lasagna. I specifically said I wanted the 4-6 servings more than once when ordering inside the restaurant and they placed my order with the family size on my credit card. Way to much food! Luckily I noticed the total seemed high. They said it was a miss understanding but didn’t apologize at all. I paid my bill and told them it was their miss understanding then I left. I’m thankful to have reviewed my receipt!
Rose was a wonderful and attentive person who took care of us tonight.Food was your standard olive garden quality and price. Some new items on the menu, which was a welcome addition to the corporate cookie cutter menu. But the definite star of the evening was Rose and the other people who assisted us with our experience. Definitely 5 stars for the people.

Would liked to have given 5 stars. Service was excellent for a chain restaurant, exceptional really.However my Chicken Marsala was flat and somewhat tough a 2 plus or 3 star on food only...if my wife were to review, she would give it 5 as she had the lasagna and said it was awesome...Service made for a nice experience.
