TL;DR: Wonderful Burger Place with lots of great options for everyone.The food is wonderful, and the fries are unrivalled by anything within 50 miles. The environment and mood is wonderful as well. Never been too crowded when I've visited, but never empty either. The staff here have always been so much more relaxed and friendly than in other places, to the point where they actually seem to enjoy doing their job which is kind of unheard of in fast food.Try it out!
Top tier service! Great food. Lost a star from me though because there was somethings floating in my water from the fountain machine. I saw an employee working on it so I believe they were aware of them problem. I would just suggest bring your own water. Otherwise everything was great. I was surprised at how many vegetarian/pescatarian options there were for a burger joint. Veggie burger, impossible burger, fish or chicken sandwiches. Pretty delicious!
Love My Burger! Came here to eat, but when walked in @ 3pm, they said they were closed. I know they close at 4pm, Saturday. I'm not sure, but I think it was because they had a sign out front that said they were hiring all positions and all shifts? No biggie, so we drove to the next My Burger,and called ahead too. :) we didn't know about this location, so we'll definitely be back!
It's a good burger, the fries were tasty, and the prep time was quick. But a little advice to anyone ordering: ask them to go a little easy on the lettuce. They tend to use a lot, but at least it's fresh and crisp.
Burgers were delicious as well as their Cajun fries. The cost of the burger definitely adds up once you add additional toppings such as avocado and a fried egg but so worth it! Friendly staff as well.
Super good! Employees are friendly and welcoming. I love their burger of the month. It always has super interesting flavors. I typically go with my husband. We order the burger of the month, then another burger off their every day menu. They have good fries, and their Cajun fries are a tasty deviation to have every now and then. The store is clean and has a comfortable, cool atmosphere. Great location. Definitely worth a stop!
Spent almost 4 hours on the road driving to our hotel. Looking forward all the way for a great burger. Guess what? Closed, no sign nothing. Four PM on a Sunday?Not happy.
The cashier was super friendly & helpful and both him & the manager made a point to ask how the food was. You guys always have great food & especially great customer service.
Service has always been good, last visit they were great. Love the burgers, all toppings were fresh. Fries have always been good, fairly crispy, probably better if we were to eat in vs. takeout. During the onset of covid place was very busy like any place that was open. Lately it has not been too busy, lines moved quickly.
I made a mistake by ordering pickup instead of delivery. It took my a while to find a ride (about 35 mins) I asked to speak to manager and got Kisty or something along those lines.. I asked her if she could remake my meal even though it wasn’t restaurants fault. She said NO, it would be horrible for her inventory. No worries. After I pick up my 1 old food it will be my last time spending a dime at this location.
