I work a few blocks away and frequently come here for a burger and fries for lunch.Order has always been hot and fresh tasting and no mistakes yet.The major downfall of the property is the parking lot. The drive through lanes run through down the middle of parking, so if you come for lunch your only option is drive through as you won't be able to back your car out to leave with the drive through line. It also makes curbside ordering hard because it's on the other side of the building and you have to wait for the drive through lane to move so you can get around, there's no through lane and it's sorely needed.
I love McDonald's, however all this time.....still can't bake a good cookie ? over cooked every time! Only this location so sad! This location had suffered the most around here.... also the slowest
This is the hastings mcdonald's. Not minnetonka. Google can't seem to get my location correct which is odd considering they can listen to your conversations in your house.Ordered. Drove ahead to first window. Stopped. Nobody was there and since they didn't say stop at the first window I moved to the second. We pulled up and 3 employees glared at us. A woman opened the window, turned her head and said did u have blah blah ? I said yes and asked her if u should have paid back there. Yes she said. Grabbed my card, slammed the window.Now I have never liked Hastings. Sad bunch of angry rednecks. But the service offered me the last couple days have been horrendous. Bottom line, if you have to stay a bit in this strange place, bring a lunch. They don't really seem to know anything about customer service, manners, common curtiousy.
Perfect McDonald's experience, for what it is. The crackfries were delicious.
Good food and fast service. The lady delivering our food to our car was very pleasant.
The least courteous and people with the least amount of manners work at this McDonald's on Saturday morning and it's Bologna hire people who actually care about being nice to other people don'there people don't hire people who just need a job but don't care how they treat other people those are people that deserve to continue to look for jobs if you can have the right attitude when you're at a job that hired you
Burger and fries were good. But I ordered a frozen wild cherry and they gave me a frozen coke.
Fry boxes weren't full but the burgers were good and it still tasted like McDonald's. So can't really complain I guess.
Went to the drive-thru window today and wanted to use the two-for-one phone app coupon for BOGO Egg McMuffin, but was told the system was down and I wasn't allowed to use the code. The order window woman was polite and apologized and asked if I wanted to order anything else, handling the situation well IMO except for not honoring the code. Funny thing, I was here 5 days earlier and the woman at the order desk told me the code wouldn't work but still honored the code once I showed it to her at the the pay window. I guess the system is down for whatever reason, but the franchise's response has changed to one that I consider NOT customer-friendly. Guess it's time to head to a different McDonald's for my Egg McMuffins.
Went thru drive thru. They took four straight orders from the other lane before they switched to me.
