It's the people that get the negative review , I'm clearly on lunch brake there was very little attentiveness. When my sandwich was done being made they sat it on the counter and walked away I had to ask if it was mine or not. Did not give or instruct me to my drink or chips. I feel like it was because I am black they were very enthusiastic to the Caucasian lady who walked in after. I will not return. Bad experience
Good sandwiches, nice location. Friendly staff but they need some more training/experience. Recently stopped and a very slow time, I was the only customer. They really messed up my order. The problem was resolved, they replaced the mistake sandwich. Will try again soon.
My only complaint is that the app doesn't always tell you when your order is ready. I sit there and wait, while my order is waiting for me on the shelf.?
I’d give minus 5 stars for the first part of this review: I came in for a take out order late this morning and the two young girl’s that were making my order clearly thought they were really something. Obviously these two girl’s think women of color are beneath them no doubt. They didn’t even greet me and failed to put my order in a bag. Basically could not get me out quick enough. They did greet the other women who came in as I waited? Extremely rude! Second part to my review: I’d love to give the delivery driver a standing ovation. She came in and I asked her for a cookie. She was more than happy to ring up my cookie and very welcoming. This woman has class! The driver seen that my order was NOT bagged and offered to bag it for me. All being said whoever the head is of this Jimmy Johns is needs to read this and take action against the two girl’s for lacking all customer service. Give the classy driver a management position and have her train those girl’s in customer service. If the driver reads this or whoever reads it let her know she caught my eye ;) Sally Z….Update I ran into Becky the driver in the next lot over shortly after posting this. What a great woman. I asked her why she was working with these bratty girls. To my amusement she informed me she quit right after this incident. I showed her my post and the other reviews. I was informed two of the reviews were the manager’s for their own store. One being one of the brats duty today.
Did an order for later. For 1pm, since it's Saturday I made sure to place the order around noon give them some time to get here. I get it the world is short staffed. I'm here at work waiting for my food. it's 1:23pm as I'm writing this and still waiting. Guessing this hard working girl gets to skip here lunch. Yes, I did call them around 1:10pm and they said they were about to leave. That was 15 minutes ago. Please note this place is across the street. Normally wouldn't leave a review but this is unacceptable.
Experience: online order to go.I placed an order on the website and it was ready quickly. When I called the store to check the status, the young man was very nice and helpful. And my meal was delicious. Side note: the parking lot is a zoo becuase of it's location next to a pancake restaurant. Not the stores fault though. Overall looked clean and the food was good.
Just ordered three sandwiches for my family for lunch. We have ordered from this location several times and have always been satisfied. This time the sandwiches that came were tiny. Should probably work on quality control. I paid almost $40 and we’re still hungry.
