Every time I go to this place they are closed. Even when they say it's open. If you can't even be open during dinner hours then the should probably just shut down. Don't waste your time trying to eat here. You'll likely show up in the doors will be locked.
I love their roast beef sandwich #2 and #10.
Ordered lunch on a Friday at 11am. I knew it would be somewhat slower but it took an hour for my order arrive. When it got there there was no drink and two dollars in cash left. I’m not even mad. I just want my money back. It was just not great service. I don’t want the delivery tip back. I called to ask and the person I spoke to said “we don’t do refunds” and offered me $15 in store credit (my order came to $19). I’ve never ordered from here before and it was just terrible customer service.

I said no tomatoes, the receipt said no tomatoes, and there was still tomatoes on my sandwich. The workers were too busy talking to each other to even notice what was actually on the ticket for my sandwich.
The guy behind the cash register has poor customer service skills. Is annoyed easily by questions. The guy behind the counter and making the sandwiches was friendly and helpful. Will not return.
Unfortunately I have to submit a less than good review. This is the second time I've ordered a sandwich for delivery that didn't arrive after waiting for almost an hour. I've ordered from here at least 6 times, so 2 out of 6 experiences is not a good number. When I called to check on the status the manager said, "delivery is out now". I explained the details of the situation and he showed zero empathy or accountability. The response was simply, "we are just really busy today." That's an easy fall back that is used too often when a vendor is running behind schedule. I asked for a refund and he said, "ok, I'll void the order now and let my driver know." No "I'm sorry", No offer to resolve the issue; Just simply, sit and wait for the arrival. When I asked how soon will i get my refund, he responded, "check with your bank on that. When i void it, it's out of my hands.". Again, this is the second time this has happened to me at this location. That's too bad.
