Google & the JJ app both say they’re open til 8pm. therefore, the app let me submit an order & use an earned reward for my order. I get there, & they opened the door for me, but they couldn’t find my order. they then said I ordered too late because they now close at 3pm. I can’t find anywhere on the app to contact JJ to make sure I can get my reward back, & all of their info is incorrect as far as when they’re open until. please update these things so more people don’t have errant transactions go through when you’re not actually going to honor them.
I live two minutes away they took an hour to get here with a soggy sandwich. I don't care if you only have three drivers figure your stuff out.The response from the "owner" came faster than my food
I’ve been ordering and tipping here for about two years 2x a week. Delivery driver wouldn’t leave at the door this time said I had to sign. I was on a call and on tight schedule. Hence the order to my office. I paid for the sandwich and delivery fee. Why would I have to sign for the first time in about 100 deliveries? No one pics up. No number for driver. No sandwich and I’m out the money and super inconvenienced.
I ordered at 12:52pm and it is now 1:47pm and I still have not received my order. Jimmy John's is 1.2 miles away from my place of work. There is no reason it should take this long.
Over and hour and half for and order and no one will answer the phone
This place is awful. Will deliver to incorrect place, where the food goes rotten, and then just offer a store credit, like you want to go back there after they've pulled that. If this could be given a negative star, I would give it that. Do NOT order from here.

What a joke.... I realize that everyone is short staffed right now but that doesn't mean you get to treat your customers like s**t. For the second time in a week from call to delivery it was over an hour. Today's was almost 2 hours and then one of the sandwiches was left out of the order. When we tried to call them (like 10 times) nobody answered the phone.Finally one of my employees got into her car and drove over to get her part of the order rather than wait another two hours. When she arrived she was greeted with open hostility, excuses and above all was mocked by one of the nice little boys that work there.This office won't be doing business with this location of Jimmy Johns ever again. The lack of customer service was shocking.
Bread was DRY and the pickle looked like someone smashed it! YUCK
Freaky fast? Definitely not. This is absolutely the slowest Jimmy John’s in the area. They need better management.
