My last encounter my sandwich was wrong, I went back and was given another that looked right, but when I got home I found it was wrong too. I called and explained what I had happen, the girl was polite and understood what my issue was, she agreed and mailed out a coupon for another sandwich, I got that in like 2 days. Absolutely terrible service. Had them read back to me the address I supplied then sent 60$ worth of my food to the wrong address to my parents house didn't contact me at all. Then continued to ignore my next 6 phone calls trying to figure out where and what happened to my food. And to top it off am just getting over being sick since I ate there food with vomit and diarrhea the past 2 days. Zero customer service and they solve there issues by ignoring you till you stop calling
Ordered cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and they were both delicious! Also ordered the garlic bread sticks and not sure I would order them again but the pizza was great!
When I got my pizza from delivery the crust was burned for my taste. Next time the crust is burned I will call and ask for a new pizza.
Clean inside, quick and friendly service, wasn't too busy on Sunday afternoon. Good food. The deep dish was yummy. Had a fun self-serve soda machine with every possible flavor available.
Restaurant was DIRTY. We walked through the whole place and only found a couple clean tables. Otherwise there was lettuce/sauce/crumbs all over. There were only a few people eating in there too. When we asked to get our table wiped down he just wiped the top quickly/poorly and pushed everything on the benches and walked away ?
Good food order came fast. Even have some left over for the next day.
I recently had the chance to order take out from Davannis and a week later Punch Pizza. When I walked into Davanni's there was not a single employee wearing a mask - not the cooks, wait staff or cashiers. I was a little beyond shocked and disappointed. The next week I went to Punch and every employee was masked. Thanks, Punch for getting it right!! And also hitting it out of the park with great pizza!!
Great food. It beats out any fast food pizza chain with ease. Great service, and an awesome family atmosphere. If you're looking to get the best experience at the best prices you're going to have a hard time finding better than Devannis.
