Absolutely worst and disappointing Dairy Queen experience. We spent $30.27 to sit in the drive through and watch the staff microwave our food, not wearing gloves, and touching their long pony tails. We received old and cold chicken strips, fries and a burger. If you are going to microwave food, at least do it long enough so it’s hot..
Failure to meet expectations. Underwhelmed by their ability to add required aspects to frozen treats( choc. Chips, nuts, etc.) Will avoid going back.
Horrible mobile order experience. Ordered in app, then arrived at the restaurant and walked up to the door with a sign saying their lobby is open, but the door was locked. So I pulled into the mobile order pickup parking spot and called the phone number on the sign and ring-ring-ring, no answer. Called again, still no answer. So I got in the drive-thru line and waited 20 minutes before I got to the window and got my burger— room-temp cold. Gross.
Why go to Dairy Queen Grill and Chill when there is an incredible Culver's across the intersection? Check my Culver's review and I'm sure you will be convinced.
Love DQ and I've tried to be patient because I know businesses are having a hard time. I'm so tired of not being able to dine in and order from inside, even though this says you can. Would be nice if the outside tables were at least cleaned throughout the day.
The wait was a worth it. It was extremely busy, but the employees handled things well. I received my order there was a hair in my ice cream they replaced the item and gave me a a coupon to get another at a later date.
Dining room is closed, so we had to get in the drive-thru. The line was massive but we got there 15 minutes before closing. At 9 on the dot, they turned off the lights and didn’t take any more orders. We waited in line to be told we wouldn’t be served. If the dining room were open, would they tell us to leave at 9 if we had been waiting inside? So disappointing.
Worst ran fast food restaurant I have experienced.Long lines, poorly trained staff, either they close on you after 20 minutes of waiting in li e, or you wait only to be told 'No hamburger buns...'Someone really needs to crack the whip here. Always a displeasure unless Blizzard only.
Awful!!! Stale bun for hot dog, and first fry was stale and lukewarm. Got another fry, but by that time, my hot dog was cold, and I suspect they simply microwaved the fries I handed back to them. And it cost me $7!!!...for a simple hot dog and sm fries!!! WASTED
The Dining Room is still closed so you have to go Drive thru which can make a long wait time but the food is always hot and good.
